There are three master bedrooms - with full bath en suites. The first floor has an open floor plan and is tiled throughout. The fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen comes with a refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, toaster, and coffeemaker - and is perfect for cooking a hearty breakfast before hitting the theme parks.
The great room has a 32" TV, DVD player, VCR, stereo/CD player and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors open from the great room out to the private screened-in lanai with a private heated 12 x 12 pool/spa with jets overlooking the courtyard. A child safety screen is included.
The bedroom with adjoining bath on the first floor is carpeted and equipped with a queen size bed. Upstairs there are two carpeted master suites, one equipped with king-size bed, the other two twin beds. A washer and dryer is also provided on the second floor.
While guests in our home, you'll have free access to all resort amenities including a full-size Olympic pool, a six-person jacuzzi, a recreation room, fitness center, convenience store, business center with high speed Internet access, and a clubhouse. Shuttle service to the parks is available for a small fee, at the convenience store.
Our property management service is available 24 hours a day for emergency service on our property. They also offer discounts at nearby golf clubs as well as discounted park tickets.

We live in Massachusetts where we raised three children. We are nearing retirement age and wanted to purchase a property with that potential. But in the meantime have constructive use of the premises.
Why the Owner Chose Windsor Palms
We bought the townhome in Kissimmee specifically for it's proximity to Disney 3 miles away. We know how much be close matters while traveling. This townhome not only had all the amenities we were looking for but it's location in a 5 star resort was important as well.

Our townhome offer 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It has it's own private heated pool for those days when you just don't feel like trudging to the clubhouse. We also realize how important it is to remain in touch while on vacation and offer our guest free wireless high speed internet access and free long distance telephone

Bonnie, I wanted to drop you a line and let you know how it went. The townhouse was even more lovely than the pictures could have described. It was very relaxing and really just a great vacation home. There were added touches around the house that made it just wonderful. The board games made for lots of late night fun. The kids loved the pool and a TV in each room made it easy for the kids to watch what they wanted to without yelling at each other. It was so nice to come home from the parks to such a nice place. The decorating was absolutely lovely and very very very clean. The management company that you have hired did an absolutely lovely job, they made it easy to check in and out. I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how it went. I just wanted to say thank you for making this trip, one of the most memorable ones.
