Fantastic, Large Fairhope Bay House available for weekend, weekly or monthly rentals. Hardwood floors, this is a quaint & romantic rental! Including: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathroms, washer and dryer-it's a must see! The master bedroom has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a very comfortable single bed, plus a bathroom just across the hall. This home has a large kitchen with beautiful views of Mobile Bay.
Fairhope is a year-round favorite spot for art, walking, golf, tennis, boating, fishing or just relaxing. There are many top golf courses close by, including courses on the Robert Trent Jones golf trail. There are wonderful outdoor art shows and art walks, as well as theatre, in Fairhope.
Grilling Deck, Sunning/Sitting Bayfront Deck & Bench Swing all overlook Mobile Bay - Sunning or Shade, relax on Mobile Bay's scenic shores.
The house is pet-friendly to small dogs only. It is also child-friendly -- with hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen & living room have great panormaic views of the water and the beautiful sunsets. Fish and swim from the bulkhead and crab from the crab traps in the bay. 100 foot waterfront site with bulkhead.

There is ample parking for boats, trailers and vehicles. Two public boat launches nearby. Room for bar-b-queing, or just relaxing in the shade as the kids play on the beautiful bay (bulkhead not pictured, just steps away).
Not only are we located on the bay; we also pier pilings perfect for tying off your boat, with a serene yard & wooden deck, where you can sun or just relax and watch amazing sunrises & sunsets.
It comfortably sits on Mobile Bay. Bring your boat - two boat launches to choose from close-by - and Gulf beaches aren't far! Piers to tie-off boat, sandy beach & steps to 'FRONT'yard! This bayhouse is close to Oldtown Fairhope, which has excellent dining, shopping, and antique shops, the Fairhope Pier & Beachfront Park.
We are located on peaceful & scenic Highway 98, at the juncture of Scenic Hwy 98 & Hwy 1, a short 5-minute drive from the Fairhope Pier & downtown Fairhope with its quaint shops and galleries. This bay house is perfectly situated between the beautiful Pelican Point and the Grand Hotel & Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, with miles of bayfront walking trails and sidewalks in either direction. You can enjoy antique shopping, art galleries, art walks, parades and more in the downtown area, or just bask in the beauty of the bay with walks or bicycle rides to the scenic Pelican Point peninsula & views of Weaks Bay where pelicans play. You are also within a 25-minute distance from the outlet malls.
This would make an excellent snowbird retreat or executive rental.

A park with picnic tables and boat launching facilities are a mile down the road. Fairhope has unique annual events, such as Polo at the Point, the festive and formal Black and White Ball held at the Grand Hotel, Mardi Gras parades, and the spring Arts and Crafts Festival. Also, Mobile, Alabama is the birthplace of Mardi Gras and begins a two-week celebration in January with parades daily until Mardi Gras Day on February 5, 2008. Mobile, Alabama is 30-45 minute drive. Fairhope has it's own parades with Daphne also hosting many, and Spanish Fort & Pointe Clear each hosting one. Gulf Shores & Orange Beach have one parade apiece as well.
