PURE LUXURY!! Enjoy our beautiful 1800 SF newly furnished pool side condominium in scenic Blue Mountain Beach, the highest point on the Gulf of Mexico. Located in a gated community with an incredible 8,000 SF waterfall pool and many other great amenities including: hot tub, additional gulf side pool, private grass areas for outdoor activities, grilling areas and a great work-out facility. Everything you need to make it your best vacation yet!
This professionally decorated second floor condo includes a well-stocked gourmet kitchen w/ granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, 10-foot ceilings and travertine marble floors. The new living room furniture was designed to bring the colors of the beach indoors (sunset corals, sea blues, sandy beiges and seagrass greens). Comfort was also a top priority for the condo furniture - plenty of lounging pieces so that you can put your feet up at the end of the day. The condo is conveniently close to the elevator and stairs for quick and easy access to the beach/pool.
Ideal for small or large groups this condo has it all! The dining room table seats 8 people plus 4 additional seats at the bar counter if you like to entertain. Enjoy beautiful evenings eating on the large balcony which has a table for 6 plus 2 lounge chairs for relaxing.
The master suite overlooks the pool and has a king-size bed with balcony access. The master bath has a dual-head shower and whirlpool tub.
There are 2 other bedrooms - one with a queen-size bed and one w/ 2 full-size beds. There is also a set of bunk beds in a small room and a pull-out couch for additional sleeping.
The condo is equipped with electronics for your convenience: flat screen TV's, DVD player, stereo/CD player, high speed internet connection, and video game console. Board games, beach chairs and beach toys for kids as well.
FUN ACTIVITIES!! You won't get tired of walking on the beautiful white sand beaches, but here are some other things to try out:

Why the Owner Chose Adagio
We loved this condo b/c it has everything that you want - easy beach access, bike trails, gorgeous beaches, several beautiful/large pools, fitness center, grills, beautiful grounds/ landscaping within a gated community. It is also in close proximity to Destin, Panama City, Seaside, Watercolor, etc. which contain a variety of restaurants, activities for adults/ kids, entertainment and shops.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condo is used by it's owners so it is designed and stocked with everything we would want for our own beach vacation. (beach toys, kids games/ board games, video games, plenty of utensils, plastic cups for outdoors, everything you'd need for baking/cooking)
Semi-private club w/ reasonable fees. 10 min. drive. Tennis courts too.
Right outside the Adagio gate - Adagio is the mid point. Ride bikes to Seaside and Watercolor.
Our favorite evening destination - great restaurants (casual outside diner, the "Taco Bar" and pizza place for kids or nicer restaurants for couples/families - Bud & Ally's top deck is our favorite.
Gated community on right side of 98 - turn into Sand Destin entry and ask guard at gate how to get to the Baytown Wharf area. Great shops, restaurants, fun activities for kids (merry-go-round, Danger Zone, outdoor playset, etc.) Our kids love this area!
