Our house is near enough to the Disney Parks to allow you to return home in the afternoon for a well earned rest and then return in the evening if you can drag yourself away from the private pool and barbecue.
The Formosa Gardens shopping Plaza is about one mile from the house. It boasts several restaurants including Outback,Red Lobster,Chinese, Italian, and a new Sushi Bar. Two large miniature golf courses are nearby.

Two excellent sized master suites, with walk-in dressing rooms.
Upstairs Master Suite has a King bed, with a patio overlooking the water. Downstairs Master has a Queen bed, sliding doors opens to the pool. Each master bathroom king bath tub and twin sinks.
Each room has ,in addition to full air conditioning, an overhead ceiling fan. This includes the pool deck!!!
The house has two distinctive living areas and a separate dining room as well as an eat in kitchen. The house is very large more than 2600 sq. ft and more than 3,500 sq,ft if you count the much used outside space.
The private pool (with optional heating available) overlooks the lake and has plenty of comfortable poolside furniture, and outdoor lighting. There is also a large covered lanai with ceiling fan and light to enable you to dine al-fresco or just to offer some shade from the Florida sunshine.

My wife and I love the Florida area. There's so many fun things to do here. We have twin babies and love taking them to the beach when we have time. We cannot wait for our boys to get older so we can do Disney ourselves.
