This unit is located on quiet Edisto Island, 25 paces from the #4 green of the Plantation Course at Edisto. It has been rented only one season and we keep it in great condition.
The interior includes hardwood floors, Corian counter tops, and a separate wet bar. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The third bedroom is upstairs, sleeps five, and is great for children or grandchildren and lounging. TVs in every bedroom.
There are three full baths: one off the master bedroom, one near the guest bedroom and living room, and one upstairs off the third bedroom.
Bicycles are available to use to get to the beach (or to ride on the many bike paths in the area). By car, the beach is a short five-minute drive.

Breakfast, Greens Fee & Cart for $49 (Retail value is $69).
Greens Fee & Cart for $43 (Retail value is $59).
Cabana and changing area are available at the beach.
Condo has an outdoor sitting area which was screened in the Spring of 2009. There is an outdoor sink and shower as well.

This is the comment we received back from our very first guest. We had a WONDERFUL time at your home. Your home is beautiful and VERY well stocked with the basic nessessities! We made brownies one night and you even had a mixer! We rode bikes, walked to the point, played on the beach, played tennis, played ping-pong, used the indoor pool, ansd 3 of our children even swam in the outdoor pool!! The weather was great until about 2:00 on Sat. when the cold and wind blew in. The only thing we had difficulty with was the "cleaning." We cleaned like we do the houses we have stayed in, but were not used to actually having linens provided for us. We didn't know what to do with them. I knew a cleaning charge is charged to you. We stripped the beds, remade them, and put the linens in a pile by the front door. I hope this was acceptable. I know in the past, owners leave a list laminated or magnitized to the refrigerator with details of the departure cleaning. Again we had a fabulous time and will plan on returning again and telling our friends and family about your home. By the way, we didn't get a chance to use the golf pass, but thank you!!
