We keep the rates very low, so it is rented all the time. ** 3 night minimum for the remaining available nights ** We ONLY allow week long stays, but our rates are so low it is usually less to stay at our condo than a comparable one for just 3 nights! This is the same condo that rents for $300/night through the management company!
Well-kept, large condo with easy access to all of the skiing, golfing, boating and shopping the Winter Park, Fraser Valley, Granby and Grand Lake area has to offer! Located at the base (seriously across the street from the chairlift) of SolVista Ski Basin, this 2-bed and a loft, 3 full bath condo has a beautiful fireplace, vaulted ceilings, full kitchen and balcony. Visitors will enjoy the pool and tennis courts onsite (note list of amenities below) at the bottom of the hill. This condo is huge, with open common space and 3 baths, great for large families or groups. Also walking distance to the best Restaurant in Granby (Seven Trails Grille)!
