Amazing Carriage House - South of 30a W/ Pool & Gulf Views!

This amazing new carriage house was completed in 2007 and is now being offered as a rental. The carriage house has a loft for two adults and a separate enclosed bunk room on the main floor so the kids can sleep in a quiet environment while you watch the flat panel TV in the living room. The love seat also folds out for an additional bed so 5 people can sleep comfortably.
The queen size bed up in the loft is PLUSH. We have stayed in many Rosemary homes during our construction and one common theme was an uncomfortable bed. Not this one. You will sink into this bed and not want to get up. Except to sit up and see the gulf of Mexico in the morning. There is a full kitchen below the loft to make a meal or to brew coffee. There is a full size washer & dryer in the hall closet and a large bathroom with an glass enclosed shower. The pool and hot tub in the courtyard are shared with the main house and are yours to use and the beach is just down the boardwalk about 100 yards.
Rosemary is our most favorite place in the world. Once you arrive you will understand.
