You will love staying in this new,custom beach house! Located in the quiet beach town of Brigantine, NJ but only minutes to the Borgata Spa/Casino and the excitement of Atlantic City! It's a prime location with only 2 short blocks to the beach! It has a great views of the water from the 2nd and 3rd floor decks with shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
This spacious shore house boasts 3400 square feet of living space, with 3 levels, four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It comfortably accommodates 8-12 people and the layout is perfect for a large family or even two families. The elevator accommodates both young and old! No detail was spared....from the hardwood floors, to the custom tile, marble, granite throughout; the great room with custom trim, moldings and fireplace; to the gourmet kitchen.....all finishes in this house are first class.
The first floor offers a beach theme and has two bedrooms each containing two double beds. There is also a large family room with sectional sofa, flat screen TV and surround sound system. A great place where the kids can watch movies or play video and board games! There is a quaint covered front porch, perfect for morning coffee and the newspaper.
The second floor is the "gathering place" and was furnished with this in mind. It offers a spacious, open floor plan perfect for entertaining or being with family. There is a full gourmet kitchen with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. The dining area has a 72" round table that can seat ten. Off the kitchen is a 15' X 20' partially covered deck, patio furniture that seats 10-12. The great room is comfortably furnished with oversized couches and a 47" LCD HDTV with surround sound system. Surf the net via WIFI and our highspeed internet connection.
The third floor offers two bedrooms, a master and junior master suite each with queen beds. Their baths were created with Italian tile and granite. The master suite features a private deck with bay views and Jacuzzi tub.
The house has a one car garage, driveway and ample street parking in front of the house.

* No Senior week, Prom or bachelor/bacheloret weekends availability

* No pets or smoking for the comfort of all guests
* Occupancy limit is 12 including children
* Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens and towels are the responsibility of the tenant.
