My husband and I, our daughter, and three year old granddaughter stayed at this home for a week in early October. It is a lovely home, spacious, well furnished, well organized, and immaculate! The living room is very comfortable, as are the dining areas -both inside the home as well as on the covered patio. The beds are super comfortable and baths are beautifully updated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need! Great location in an upscale community and convenient to I-10, shopping, and retaurants. The owner is very nice to work with and quick to respond to questions. We had a great week and I highly recommend this home! We look forward to staying there again during our future trips to Phoenix.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We really enjoyed vacationing in this homey setting. Nearby heated pool, walking paths, mountain trail hiking, golf courses, shopping, restaurants, easy access to major roads and airport, nice neighborhood, local owner's on-going updating and maintenance of unit as well as response to our needs during our stay here.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

Owners were very responsive & pleasant to work with. House was very clean & comfortable; we enjoyed the yard & grill. Convenient/safe neighborhood near many restaurants/stores. Only thing we would change would be to have more lighting in the living room. Overall great property.

The bathrooms were modern tile and appeared to have been recently remodeled. Laundry was in the garage. We will rent from this owner again as I trust her. We also liked that a Trader Joe's food store and the Rustlers Rooste restaurant were nearby.
