Peace and quiet is waiting for you at the Trophy Trout Lodge. This very clean spacious 2 story home sits on 3 acres in a secluded forested mountain setting. It overlooks the peaceful 65 acre trophy trout lake. There's 345 feet of lake frontage with a private dock.( there is no boat launching access to the lake). There are 2 kayaks and a 14ft aluminum boat with electric motor. A slow troll around the lake often brings in those trophy trout that have to be 22 inches or longer to keep.( ask the owner to tell you his fish catching tips & also a fishing license is required).In the evening relax in the private sunken hot tub on a spacious wrap around deck. You can overlook the lake listening to music on the outdoor speakers.
The Trophy Trout Lodge is lovingly decorated with Montana lodge decor. There are pine ceilings, log beds, and custom pine furniture. It has a trout fishing and wild life theme throughout. There is creative attention to construction details, like the trout inlays in the slate flooring, unique log pedestal sink, and the custom log stairs and railing.
The entry level has an exceptionally equipped kitchen with reverse osmosis drinking water ( you don't need to buy bottled water). The large dining room has a pine log table that seats 10. It also has a view of the lake looking out the 12 feet of sliding glass doors. There's a wood burning stove and also radiant heating under the slate flooring. ( it also has electric heating throughout the house). On this floor is the den/office with a comfortable queen sofa bed. There's an adjoining full bath with the log pedestal sink.
After going up the log stairs to the second floor, you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, wet bar, and game table. Relax and watch a movie on the 50" HD Sony TV with digital surround sound. Or play one of the many games or work a puzzle.
The Master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, treadmill, and relaxing large jetted tub in the bathroom. There's another large bedroom with a king bed, a small bedroom with a queen bed ( the other full bathroom is across from this bedroom). The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are also 2 futons.
The TV's with DVD's & VCR players are located in the master bedroom, other king size bedroom, dining room, and living room. Bring your ipods because there are 2 ipod adaptors hooked up to the sound systems upstairs and downstairs.
Surrounding the house are large lawn areas front and back. This makes it easy to play the yard games. There are horseshoe pits too. It's common to see deer, eagles, various birds, and other wildlife.
