Relax around the new outdoor swimming pool. Play tennis on the on-site courts.
Fish for snook, red snapper and sheepshead off the docks outside your door. Barbecue your catch (or your grocery store purchases) at the Chickee Hut and serve it right there at any one of the many dining tables available for your use.

Condominium sleeps 6. Master bedroom has Queen size bed. 2nd Bedroom has two twin beds. Sofa bed also available.
These units rent to only one tenant per month unlike Towers 3 and 4 so expect a more established and less transient experience.

We just stayed here for the whole month of July (2009) and we completely loved every part of it. The condo was at the perfect location. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). I think we got the best unit in the whole building since it was like isolated. All the other units were next to each other but this one was like all the way in a corner, where no one disturbs when passing by, etc. The unit is very well maintained and spacious and everything you need is there. The owner, Tara, was extremely profesional the whole time. We had an issue with the washer and she immediately took care of it. I can't wait to stay there again next summer and also referring my family and friends to this great place. Thanks Tara!
