  This delightful cabin was very easy to find using the directions provided. The listing photos were very accurate and we found the cabin to be very clean and well-maintained. We found the cabin furniture to be comfortable and the kitchen easy to use for meal preparation. The kids enjoyed watching a few videos and we appreciated the free long distance phone access. We skiied at White Pass for two days and went sledding on another day. How nice to come back to a cozy and welcoming cabin! We will recommend this property to friends and relatives.

  To start with the beginning renting this place was easy, the owner answers emails quickly and calls you back when promised. When we arrived the place was clean and ready to go. Everything was there for us to use like towels, plates, pots and so on. Since the whole inside of the house is done in wood it really gives you that nice get away feeling. The electric fire place was great it gives you the same effect as a real one with no bother of starting the fire or anything like that. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place.

  We spent three nights here over the May long weekend in 2011 and had the absolute best time. Our 7 year old and two year old were in heaven. We loved the home, surrounding nature and could have spent a few more days easily. Great local sightseeing around Mt. Rainier too. Highly recommend and will go back one day.

  We had an amazing time during our 3 night stay. Even though the weather didn't cooperate and we had lots of rain vs. the snow that we were hoping for, the warmth and amenities of the cabin made for a great setting. The cabin was perfect for our small family get together, clean and cozy. We were able to use the kitchen to cook some amazing meals and the hot tub was a real treat. We had a great hike along the river and also got to see a bald eagle up close as it caught a fish. The proximity to White Pass Ski Resort was what ultimately sold me on booking this trip...only 15 short minutes away.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  From Cabin Guest Book: Thank you for sharing this wonderful cabin with us. It was everything it claimed to be and more. Iif you are sitting here waiting for the weather to break, be patient, it will be worth it. Although for our first few days we almost renamed the mountain "Mount Rain-Near", because rain was a daily occurence. Today is our 7th wedding anniversary and we can't think of a better place to have been on that special day.

  What a wonderful week! After being cramped in a hotel room for a week in Seattle, it was so nice for the 5 of us to be able to spread out and enjoy your amazing home. The great weather allowed us to do many things -hiking, horseback riding, wildlife watching (love those elk), brunch atop Crystal Mountain and a trip to Windy Ridge at Mt. St. Helens. The kids loved playing in the river and ordering pizza from Cruisers. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us - we enjoyed every minute we were here!

  From Cabin Guest Book: The Wi-Fi here is amazing! We were actually able to Google instructions to go places and stuff. I loved the house - we felt like Abe Lincoln in a log cabin! The hot tub was an enjoyable bonus as well. We would recommend this house to anybody!

  From Cabin Guest Book: We enjoyed our stay at your lovely cabin home. The weather was great and we spent a day hiking Mt. Rainier taking in the spectacular views. We also went horesback riding at Indian Creek Ranch about 30 minutes from Packwood. We relaxed at the pool and on the deck and the boys had fun wading across the river behind the house. We had a fabulous time!
