Just steps from where you arrive on the beach is Doc's where you can rent jet skis, water trikes, catamarans, or go parasailing. Or, just sit back and relax and enjoy the cool breezes and the beautiful view.
Back at your home-away-from-home enjoy the very nicely decorated family room area equipped with 32-inch TV with VCR/DVD player and stereo with CD player, with spacious open floor plan connecting to the fully-equipped modern kitchen. Off the family room area is a Florida room opening up to the back deck that is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor eating and a gas grill for doing your outdoor cooking. This deck overlooks the beautiful heated pool for your own private enjoyment. The enclosed, screened pool area is equipped with reclining sun lounges, rafts, and beach towels.
Just off the pool area is your own private boat dock on the canal which runs directly behind your home-away-from-home. You can bring along your own boat or waverunners and park them here for your enjoyment or you can rent them nearby by the week or month and keep them docked at your back door. You can also try your luck at fishing off this dock. This canal has access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Also on the main floor is a utility room with washer and dryer, and two bedrooms each equipped with queen-size beds, TVs with VCRs, and opening onto a screened lanai that looks out on the beautiful Gulf view. Relax after a day of beachcombing, the finest shelling in Florida, swimming in your own pool, shopping at the hundreds of shopping areas, or golfing at the many beautiful golf courses nearby. You can enjoy the spectacular sunsets from that screened lanai while sipping a cool drink.
The upper floor is where the spacious master bedroom with master bath is privately located. This bedroom is equipped with its own TV with VCR and DVD player and king-size bed. There are also his-and-her closets.
A two-car garage with workshop is located on the ground floor along with an additional bedroom that is furnished with 3 futon couch/bunk bed combo units which can be used for your children's sleeping and gathering place. This room is also equipped with a TV/VCR/DVD. There is also a half bath located there for use from the pool area.
