Great, Family Friendly, Spacious Condo

Having the 3 levels was great with 4 kids, and sometimes needing to spread out!! Also, we loved the fact that there were extra essentials in the cupboards so we didn't have to buy out the grocery store! We also loved having the hot tub right there INSIDE! The condo is clean, comfy beds and linens, 2 cozy fireplaces, and lots of bathrooms with PLENTY of towels. Washer and dryer were full size to fit all the snow gear (and they even had the detergent so you didn't have to bring or buy)! 2 parking spaces (1 covered) was a bonus. Also, this condo is one of the closest to the other property lodges, and therefore much easier to get to the "village". I really appreciated Dan's quick email responses and info packet!! Also, staying here means you are on "Canyon's Property" which gets you discounts on lift tickets and rentals- a bonus!!

This was a gorgeous place, everything as advertised. Great location, literally minutes from gondola. Fully equipped kitchen and wonderful fireplace and blankets for the end of the day. Hopefully we can arrange to get the family together again next January for a repeat visit.

Very nice property for family or couples. Canyons is convenient to Park City, Deer Valley and other resorts but without the traffic of town. Large bedrooms, all the amenities, kitchen is well furnished. Unit is well maintained. Plenty of room for kids to hang out in their rooms or in the main area. Fireplaces on main level and master bedroom add warmth and charm. Owner is very responsive. Highly recommended.

My four friends and I stayed at Mr. Yates' condo from Feb. 7th, 2011 to Feb. 12th. First I'd like to say that dealing w/ Mr. Yates was great. He was very insightful and was willing to answer all of my questions about the area and his condo. The condo was more than accommodating for the 5 of us. The condo is a short bus ride (10 minutes) to Park City and an even shorter ride to The Canyons. If you choose, you can walk to The Canyons. I would definitely recommend renting from Mr. Yates.

This condo is GREAT! We had two families vacationing together, 4 adults and 5 kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped which made our vacation very enjoyable. The location is perfect with convenient access to The Canyons. Park City and Deer Valley are just minutes away and we also skied Snowbasin and Solitude which were both well worth the 40 minute drive! Dan was great to work with and extremely responsive to all of our inquiries. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great vacation to Utah!

The condo was great. We had 10 people, including 8 teenagers, and there was enough room for everyone. The 4 bathrooms helped. The hot tub was used every day after a long day of skiing. We walked to the lifts which only took about 10 minutes.

My brother and I brought our families together for a long ski weekend to enjoy the famous Utah powder. Our group of seven was very comfortable with the unit. It is close to the slopes and having a hot tub to soak away the aches and pains after a long day of skiig was perfect.

Our family of six stayed at the townhome over Christmas break this year. It was very comfortable - our four kids (two teenaged boys and two younger girls) shared the two downstairs bedrooms and the beds were great. The bathrooms are new and very nice with granite counters and good showers. The private hot tub was fantastic for the evenings and the steam shower adjacent to the hot tub was a really nice bonus. The kitchen was fully stocked and nicely updated as well. The master bedroom was quiet and the fireplace was a plus because several of the nights got very cold! The living area had plenty of space for our kids to hang out and we spent a couple of evenings playing the board games provided. Dan, the owner was very easy to work with and the information packet he sent included suggestions and directions to rentals, dining, skiing, and other shopping. The location inside the Canyons resort was convenient for both Park City and Deer Valley as well - just 10 minutes down the road.

The condo was PERFECT for our party of 7 (4 Adults and 3 Kids). Clean, modern facilities, great kitchen and hot tub. Perfect location with easy access to the Canyons. Dan was great to work with and very responsive to our inquiries. We plan on staying here again next year!

This condo worked wonderfully for our group of 8 (2 couples, and 4 others in the bunks). Spacious, and all amenities and conveniences available. 4 bathrooms a real plus. In condo hottub and TV in every room was great. Owners were easy to work with and very helpful. Other 2 Park city ski areas within 5-10 minutes, and easy access. Would definitely return.

We (7 of us) stayed here in 2000 and it was perfect for us. Great location, views, amenities ... especially the indoor hot tub. Great service as well. Looking to come there in 2009 also.

There is absolutely no way I would ever stay in a hotel/resort again after staying in Dan's townhouse. 4 star comfort, amenities, location and hospitality. I can't wait to go back next year.

Stay here! Great place, nicely furnished and very spacious. Eight of us stayed for 5 days and never felt crowded. Huge hot tub, 4 baths and comfortable beds. The location was perfect as it is located inside the Canyons Resort I highly recommend this place and plan to return next year. Dan, the owner great guy and very accomodating

The condo was perfect. It can easily handle 6 adults. Local is outstanding, walk to Canyons. Best thing of all, Dan and Abbey (owners)are outstanding people to work with.
