Welcome to JT's Retreat! Nothing like it along with the beautiful white sands, emerald ocean, and huge balcony with spectacular views. Our desire was to create an environment reflecting a little Cape Cod feel along with the beauty of the tropics. Open, airy, casual, comfortable and colorful. You will be in the heart of the action at Panama City Beach, so whether you prefer beach life or city life....you'll have it all.
You will witness gorgeous sunsets and gulf views from the balcony or master bedroom as the bed faces southwest. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and the second bedroom with a queen bed and dresser has an attached bathroom which can also be accessed from the living room without disturbing anyone in the bedroom.
Both bedrooms and the living room have televisions and dvd players including a 32 inch lcd tv and upscale stereo system in the living room allowing you to plug in your ipod.
Ocean Villa has two pools,(one seasonally heated), a hot tub, pool deck pavilion with barbecue grills, steam room, sauna, exercise room and 3 high speed elevators for only 125 condos. So whether you're looking to relax, collect shells, shop, golf, dine at the many varied restaurants, well...........you get the idea. It's all here!
