    What a lovely vacation home! Very conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, the beach, the Interstate, Turnpike and more. This is truly a home away from home! The pool area is beautiful and completely private. The neighborhood and is clean and well-kept, and the neighbors are very friendly. Cannot ask for a nicer place to stay while on vacation. The home is very well appointed, and Michelle is available for any needed assistance. Great choice!

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    what can i say . If you need a place to rent for a holiday in Boca raton , Florida this is the place . The street is nice and quiet and the house is roomy clean and tastfully decorated . The mall is 5 to 10 minites walk away and the lovely beaches are 15 to 20 minutes drive away . all in all my family and i had a great vacation with great accomadation. I would recomend 104 orchard ridge lane, to anybody.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

    Stayed at the property for 1 week end of July. Met the owner, Michelle, on the day of arrival who showed us around and how everything worked. Also gave us useful info re shopping , beaches etc. Very comfortable, well-decorated home and in an excellent location. Just off I95 and a short drive to lots of nearby beaches. I would recommend a trip to Fort Lauderdale and Lauderdale-on-the-Beach. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in the Boca Raton area

    Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

    The house is nice, apart from some things: Whenever we used the pool, first we had to remove (which was almost impossible) hundreds of dead bugs/ants. Due to several holes in the screened porch sitting in the pool area by night was only possible with accepting quite a few bites. And unfortunately it was not possible to use the air condition when somebody was sleeping in the two smaller bedrooms as the very loud A/C is built in the closet of one bedroom. And since the bedrooms have no fan it was sometimes very hot. But all in all we had a nice stay. And when we had problems or questions Tony was very helpful.

    We spent Thanksgiving holiday in this lovely home. It is spacious, clean, convenient to everything, especially our family. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The owners are delightful, responsive, and efficient. We thank them for such a pleasant stay -- and hope to be there again in the future.

    This home is beautiful, clean and well stocked. The location is ideal. Perfect for large families or groups. The pool was the best part. The fact that it is screened in kept the bugs out so we didn’t have to clean the pool every time we wanted to use it. We were so comfortable and happy in this home and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. We got our deposit back right away and did not have any problems with the whole experience.

    Michelle...thanks very much...we received the returned reservation fee..... We can say that renting your house was the best vacation decision we could have made. We've been telling all of our family and friends how a house rental for a vacation with family was the perfect choice to make. The convenience that your house offered and its cleanlinesss was exceptional. We were not confined to a hotel room and our granddaughter really enjoyed the open space and her own bedroom. Its easy access to the turnpike and the interstate made travel easy. Thank you Robin and Jonathan

    The house was just lovely to stay in during our trip to Florida. It is very well decorated, clean, stocked with basic items, and very convenient to most places in Boca (and surrounding cities). It was nice to have a comfortable place to stay when dealing with some difficult family issues during our stay - almost just like home! I even entertained some family one evening and everyone commented on how lovely the house was. Should we be back in Boca, we would definitely stay here again.

    I rented this house for my family to attend my daughter's graduation from Lynn University. We had a wonderful time. The house was immaculate. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool was wonderful. It was so nice to come back from a busy day and relax in the pool, cook on the outside grill. Breakfast on the lanai was great too. The house is in a nice neighborhood, very convenient to the best shopping and just a few minutes drive to the beach. I stayed there with my Father-in-law, sister-in-law and college-age son. It was so nice to be able to have everyone together in one place (one really comfortable, convenient place). So much nicer than a hotel. The owners were available and attentive to our needs. All in all, staying here made our time together really special. Thank you!

    We spent the month of March 09 at the house and enjoyed it very much. It is spacious, clean and comfortable, has a nice screened in lanai/pool, and the location is convenient for a combination of shopping, beach and golf. Hope to return next year.

    We spent the month of March at the house and enjoyed it very much. It's clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen, the screened in lanai and pool are wonderful features, and the location is excellent for a combination of shopping, beach, and golf. Hope to return next year.

    We had the great pleasure of staying in this lovely home for part of December and all of January 2009. The location is fantastic and the home was immaculate. The owners were extremely attentive and accommodating. A couple of isuues were resolved quickly and we look forward to staying there again in the coming winter season. We found the home both toddler and pet friendly with safety and security features that allowed us to enjoy a worry-free vacation in Boca Raton. Thanks to Michelle and Tony for their warmth and attention to the details.

    Had several nice e-mails with Michelle - 4 kids, the parents and 1 grandma had high expectations.After a travel-time of 22 hours, we came to Boca Raton at 8.30 pm. The heat – to us – was like a wall. Great – Tony was waiting for us at the house. He showed us around – you can´t think of anything missing. They even had water and soft drinks in the fridge for us. We drove behind Tony to the closest store, did a little grocery shopping.The house is SO nice. Clean and comfortable. Lots of extra bed sheeds and towels. Great patio with our own pool, which made a big difference to us – with 4 kids that LOVE a pool – and enjoyed there´s no time limit. Nice quiet neighbourhood, neighbours waved friendly. Enjoyed the mall, even walked there in 10 min. Parking, the beach and the restaurant Oceans 234 in Deerfield close by was GREAT. Our vacation sept 14-22 th 2008 at the house was the best ever. Only knowing we were leaving for Disney World, made it bear-able to leave. Great, great week in this very nice house. First time we tried to rent a house. After this experience we´re probably not staying at a hotel anymore. Greetings from Denmark

    We had such a fabulous time in your house, I cannot thank you enough for allowing us to stay for 4 months as we transitioned back to the mainland from Key West. The house is PERFECT - super location right off 95 and within 10 minutes of the beach, awesome neighborhood and the backyard was a great place to relax and unwind after work. Thank you for taking care of EVERYTHING, we didn't need anything that wasn't there and the accessories and furniture were top quality, unusual for a rental home and a great surprise. I was proud to have new coworkers and friends drop by! We will always consider this our "first home" in Boca, even for such a short while. Thank you for sharing this treasure!
