This stunning brand new three bedroom villa is situated in the peaceful, serene area of Rotonda Lakes on Florida's Gulf Coast renowned for its numerous championship golf courses and beautiful soft white sandy beaches. Rotonda is the perfect location to satisfy everyone's ideal vacation requirements.
Our villa is located amongst majestic pines and palms surrounded by wildlife in a quiet, safe, deed restricted residential area. It has been individually designed and built to the very highest standard by a reputable local builder and has been professionally and luxuriously interior designed in keeping with the style of the property.
There is an attractive veranda with table, chairs and overhead fan to the front of the house where you may choose to sit and relax with your favorite drink and maybe watch the abundant wildlife.
To the south-west facing rear of the property is a large lanai fully furnished with patio table and chairs for outside dining, together with sunbeds for relaxing around the electrically heated 26' swimming pool. This area is all completely screened to keep any unwanted bugs out and is ideal for sunbathing, barbecueing and generally chilling out in this tranquil location.
Inside, the property is fully air-conditioned with a king-size double master bedroom complete with satellite TV and double doors leading onto the lanai. There is a large closet and en-suite bathroom which incorporates a seperate wet room walk-in shower, his and her wash basins and luxurious corner bath.
The queen and twin bedded rooms both have built in double closets and share a well appointed bathroom with shower unit.
The villa has a spacious open plan living room luxuriously furnished complete with satellite TV incorporating full surround sound, DVD,iPod docking station, stereo system and free unlimited Broadband Internet access. Double doors lead onto the lanai and pool area.
There is an attractive formal dining area which seats up to six people.
The kitchen is fully appointed with all appliances and utensils you could possibly need and leads to a separate laundry room with sink, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Local Amenities and Attractions:
-Numerous white sandy beaches are only a 10 minute drive away including the beautiful local island of Boca Grande accessed by causeway.
-There are many nearby restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets from casual waterfront settings to more formal dining...in most cases all serving more than you can eat.
-The main shopping area is located at nearby Port Charlotte, home to one of the largest shopping malls in south-west Florida, although there are many local shops including a large supermarket only a mile away. A 45 minute drive to Ellenton or Fort Myers is the place to go for designer labels at bargain outlet prices. On the way to Fort Myers why not stop off at the quaint Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda.
-There is an abundance of golf courses in the area (20 within a half hour drive, many having championship tees). However, Rotonda is a golfer's paradise, with 5 different courses at reasonable fees suiting all levels of players and all within a 5 minute drive away!
-The area is also renowned for its deep sea fishing, especially tarpon. Charter trips are readily available, or for the less adventurous maybe hire a boat for the day and absorb the sights and sounds of the inland waterways. Then after watching the dolphins you could always moor up at a waterfront bar or restaurant for a spot of lunch and refreshing drink.
-Further afield are the attractions of Busch Gardens in Tampa, the many theme parks of Orlando and the famous Everglades.

We have just spent 7 luxurious days at this villa! This property was nothing short of perfect...we loved it. Our experience was wonderful right from the beginning when inquiring about the property. Anthony is so easy to deal with and gave us all the information we needed. When we arrived we were thrilled at how impeccably CLEAN the house was...and it had everything we could ever need while we were there. The area is lovely, quiet and a short drive to many interesting things to do and see. Beautiful beaches (Englewood), great resturants and shopping and lots of boat cruises(Lemon Bay Tours) etc. to enjoy. We may have found the perfect vacation spot!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

A beautifully decorated villa with luxurious en suite master bathroom and many, many more amenities for the whole family. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone interested staying in this part of Florida. The owners and management company were very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay in your villa last November/December. The villa was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out by the pool watching the wildlife, we even saw the bobcats. Hoping to go back again some time. The walk in shower was fantastic really missed it when we came home. Plenty of places to visit, we enjoyed going over to Englewood beach on Manasota quay to watch the sunsets and just sitting on the beach during the day watching the pelicans. Fishermans Village in Punta Gorda is a good day out, with boat trips over to Cayo Costa plus others. We had good meals at the Lock n Key in Englewood also. Myaka River State Park is also very interesting, a full day out. We enjoyed going in November as loads of homes on Rotonda are decorated for Christmas and you can also get plenty of bargains in the sales after Thanksgiving for Christmas pressies back home.

We spend a few days relaxing at the pool. We like the house very much, lots of space, nicely decorated. Something completely different compared to the empty apartments in Europe. Had a very nice dinner at Olive Garden. We can recommend!

Having spent a great week on Marco Island Naples, we had another great week at your house in Rotonda Lakes. We think Boca Grande is one of our favourites here in South West Florida - pristine beaches, nice town centre, funny caddy carts and wonderful bike paths. Your lanai and pool drenched by the afternoon and evening sun was just wonderful.

We hate to leave this beautiful house after 5 weeks of rest and relaxing in the sun. We would rather not have had the tornado warnings but, unlike other years mother nature was good to give us 80's and sun most days. Perfect pool weather. Great place for lunch is the Shell Factory on US 41south at Fort Myers, also have a stroll around Fisherman's Village at Punta Gorda - it's worth the visit. As always we have enjoyed our stay.

We spend very nice and relaxing two weeks of our winter holidays in this house. Already on arrival we are pleasantly surprised about the house and its nice furnishment and decoration. Really great! The time we spend here was very nice, especially for our two child's (6 & 14) they loved the pool.

Six nights in the house since Boxing Day. Absolutely wonderful! The house is beautiful and we love the design. Our objective was golf and we got plenty. The Rotonda Club courses are excellent, especially Long Marsh. Did make one shopping trip down 175 to Mirimar Outlet which was worth the drive.We also did a driving tour of Boca Grande and stuck our toe in the Gulf - literally. Absolutely fabulous trip, thanksfor letting the house.
