During High and Holiday Seasons there is a 3-4 night minimum requirement.
Guests may stay one night any other time, but it must be at full rate and they
must pay a cleaning fee. Our property management company keeps a

My name is Mike Seder, and my wife and I bought this chalet in 2007 because of its great location and cozy interior. We love the mountain views from the balcony and think it's a perfect rental property for a couple or a family of 3 or 4.

What a darling chalet! My husband and I took our grandson skiing for his first time and we had a ball! The ski school was superb and you can't beat the location of this place--it's close to everything! We'll definitely be coming back.
