High season and Holidays .. Dec 21-Dec 31; Feb 15-Feb 18; Mar 07-Mar 23.
During High and Holiday Seasons there is a 3-4 night minimum requirement.
Guests may stay one night any other time, but it must be at full rate and they
must pay a cleaning fee. Our property management company keeps a
current calendar, so email or call for dates and availability--don't go by
VRBO's calendar on this chalet--its not always current.
