A wonderful spot for some time away from home …
Magnolia North condominiums are located in the heart of Myrtle Beach at 48th Avenue North and Highway 17 Bypass, at the approach to Myrtlewood Golf Club. Our condo provides a comfortable living and dining area with cable TV and wireless hi-speed Internet. A fully equipped kitchen is provided in our one bedroom, one and one-half bath condo that sleeps four (queen bed and queen sleeper sofa). A washer and dryer is included.
Outdoor swimming pool, poolside grills and picnic areas are available. A recreation center opened in the summer of 2010 providing an exercise area, indoor pool and lazy river. There is also a new biking/running/walking trail within 100 yards of the front door!
From our second floor living area, you have unobstructed views of the 15th fairway and 16th tee of Myrtlewood Golf Club’s PineHills course. The historic Pine Lakes Golf Club is less than 10 minutes away.
The condo is conveniently located to Myrtle Beach activities including Broadway at the Beach and miniature golf with the beach a short one and one-half miles away. Hop on Highway 31 and it's a short drive to either of two area outlet malls. Numerous dining possibilities plus the added convenience of a Bi-Lo food store are minutes away.
