Magnolia North condominiums are located in the heart of Myrtle Beach at 48th Avenue North and Highway 17 Bypass, at the approach to Myrtlewood Golf Club. Our condo provides a comfortable living and dining area with cable TV and hi-speed Internet. A fully stocked kitchen is provided in our one bedroom, one and one-half bath condo that sleeps four. A washer and dryer is included. Outdoor swimming pools and poolside grills and picnic areas are also available.
An unobstructed view of the 15th fairway and 16th tee of Myrtlewood Golf Club’s PineHills course is seen from the living area. The historic Pine Lakes Golf Club is less than 10 minutes away. Golf packages, shows and attractions with discounts and special rates are available.
The condo is conveniently located to Myrtle Beach activities including Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves Water Park and miniature golf. Numerous dining possibilities plus the added convenience of a Bi-Lo food store are minutes away. The beach is a short one and one-half miles or hop on Highway 31 and it’s a short drive to either of the two outlet malls.
