Magnolia North condominiums are located in the heart of Myrtle Beach at 48th Avenue North and Highway 17 Bypass, at the approach to Myrtlewood Golf Club. Our condo provides a comfortable living and dining area with cable TV and wireless hi-speed Internet. A fully equipped kitchen is provided in our one bedroom, one and one-half bath condo that sleeps two comfortably (queen bed) and up to two more (sleeper sofa). A washer and dryer is included.
Outdoor swimming pool, poolside grills and picnic areas are available. A recreation center is available to our guests providing an exercise area, indoor pool, lazy river, shuffleboard and picnic area. Bicycles are available to rent and there is also a biking/running/walking trail within 100 yards of the front door!
From our second floor living area, you have unobstructed views of the 15th fairway and 16th tee of Myrtlewood Golf Club’s PineHills course. The historic Pine Lakes Golf Club is less than 10 minutes away.
The condo is conveniently located to Myrtle Beach activities including Broadway at the Beach and miniature golf; the beach is just one and one-half miles away. Hop on Highway 31 and it's a short drive to either of two area outlet malls. Numerous dining possibilities plus the added convenience of a Bi-Lo and Lowes food store are minutes away.

About the owner: We purchased our condo while it was under construction and we were living in Virginia. We have recently completed a number of upgrades, but now that we live in north Idaho we aren't able to get to 'the beach' as often as we'd like. We do enjoy every minute we are in Myrtle Beach though. Our goal in making it available through VRBO is to offer a small, but special, place for people to stay who enjoy all that Myrtle Beach has to offer.
Why the Owner Chose Myrtlewood, Magnolia North:
We enjoy golf and the beach so we have the best of both literally just minutes from Magnolia North. It is also centrally located so we can get to North Myrtle Beach and Little River to the north and Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Island to the south relatively easily.
