Location: Grand Lake of the Cherokees, Oklahoma, USA (1 Hour From Tulsa, and Near the Pensacola Dam and Disney Ok)

Accommodations:  Cabin, 2 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 2 Baths (Sleeps 10)

The view from the master bedroom as soon as you wake up is tough to beat. Main lake view, with a railed walkway to single slip covered dock, 2 PWC docks, and a swim deck. This 2 level cabin has a deck on each level to enjoy day or night. There is deck perimeter lighting on both levels. As well, there is also the dock, roof eve, and up lighting from nearby trees. While outside, enjoy your music from the outdoor speakers the stereo is set up with, or there is a CD player located near the 8 person Hot Tub. This is a place to enjoy even in cool weather, with the Hot Tub, and a fireplace on each level.

More details on the amenities include fireplaces with blowers, Central Heat and Air. There are 4 TVs, and all with cable, 3 are with DVD capability, and the one in the 2nd bedroom with a VCR. The living room has a HDTV. (But not an LCD, nor a Plasma. Sorry) The Kids Bunkroom is a Bedroom/Laundry combo. It is setup with 2 of the well built multi-colored bunk beds, with the TV being wall mounted.

The top or upper level consists of the Living Area, Kitchen, 2nd Bedroom, with closet and a Full Bathroom with an entry from the Living Area, and from the Bedroom.

The lower level consists of the Master bedroom, walk-in closet, Master Bath with dual sinks, and the bunkroom, which is the Kids Bedroom/Laundry combo. The cabin can accmmodate 4 adults, and 4 kids very comfortably. Adults need to be at least 26 yrs of age.

  • This is a beautiful home and it provides lots of privacy. The view of the lake is amazing in the morning. The host is very helpful and the dock provides opportunities to fish and swim. Buy some groceries and you have no reason to leave. I will be returning whenever I can. "Paradise" is an appropriate name.

  • What a great cabin! The view is amazing and we loved the hot tub on the deck, it is great in the fall. The cabin is cute, clean, and cozy especially with the fireplace in the master bedroom. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, thanks for a great weekend!

  • We just got back from 5 nights at Grand Lake Paradise. The owners were helpful from the beginning, providing us with all kinds of information about the area and answering questions. This is a very clean home with good sized rooms, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The view of the lake from the decks is great. You can see for miles. There are lots of trees for shade but they do not obstruct the view. The dock was also in very nice condition and a nice spot to swim, sun and relax. We rented their pontoon boat which added to the fun and ability to get around and see other parts of the lake by water. All of this makes it easy to recommend to others.

  • Beautiful, very clean cabin with LOTS of extras that most would never think of. Fantastic view of lake. Owners provided GREAT customer service and went above and beyond for our visit!!! Will definately stay there if I go back to Grand Lake.
