Three bedroom House private setting with garage and pool on the beach. San Juan del Sur, the fishing village only a ten minute drive to the south, where you can find everything you need, including: dining, shopping and banking.
The caretakers on the property make sure you are well looked after with security, cleaning and maintenance.
There is a en suite of the master bedroom , even a private patio outside the double sliding doors.
Ample closet space with writing desk hand made by local carpenter and local hardwood.
Second bedroom has the same luxuriant wood and furnishings
and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the third bathroom.
Ceiling fan and double bed complete the furnishings here.
Third bedroom has two windows ceiling fan and the same furnishings with two double beds.It shares the bathroom and shower with the second bedroom.
There are unlimited activities and excursions available in the area including: Lake Nicaragua, Granada and various Volcanoes to explore.
Try snorkeling, diving, sailing or fishing by hiring some local guides or services.
Imagine sitting by the pool, your favorite cool drink on hand watching the most amazing sunset ever and all this with total privacy.

When my wife and i first visited San Juan del Sur Nicaragua,we fell in love with the people and the country. We decidet right then and there to buy a peace of land on the beach of playa Marsella. Over the next three years we build our home in paradize and the rest is history as they say!

We love the privacy of our beach and we also love exploring the country and its unique sites and experiences.
Having the pool by the house is a wonderful way to cool of or to rinse off the salt from the ocean.
The ranchero offers shade to lounge by the pool while taking in the awesome sunsets on a daily basis.

stayed 11 days in june of 2010. great location, great house, great beach. great price. truly paradise. the caretakers were very helpful, doing as much or as little as we wanted them to. the generator was a most welcome amenity as we had the typical nica power outages on most days, but our fans, blender and refrigerator ran on. the beach is very secluded and suitable for quiet walks, swimming or playing in the surf ,and beginner surfing and there are also premium surfing beaches nearby, maderas (just over the hill), remanso and yanqui to name a few. the photos do not do the place justice. it is difficult to capture the beauty and convenience of the place in 4 or 5 photos.the pool was just right for relaxing after a day surfing or exploring. we had 4wd and explored a bit but could just as easily never left the immediate area. even though san juan del sur is only about 5 or 6 miles away with a Pali' and nightlife, there are many small restaurants and bars within a 15 minute walk among these ,Casa Pelon just across the river and Mango Rosa had friendly folks and english speaking proprietors. "Casa de Peter", as the neighbors call it is definitely a fantastic place to relax and unwind. can't wait to return.

We rented in Feb 2011 for one week,( 4 adults) wished we could have stayed longer ( but we had other plans) ..Beautifully located on beach, spectacular views of sunsets, quiet and safe area. Need a car, to go to SJDS ( about 20mins) Nice little beach restaurant near by if you don't feel like cooking. very clean, spacious and comfortable house. awesome pool. outdoor shower to rinse off sand and convenient bathroom accessible from outside patio. Really a must place to stay on Marsela beach. Convenient and safe process to book and reserve. Thanks Peter and Donna. You are lucky to have such a gem. Would go back anytime. Alain ( ottawa, canada)

Awesome place for the family retreat. Everything you need to relax, go surfing, boating, lounging out by the pool and exploring Nicaragua. You'll definately want to rent a 4 x 4 vehicle to access the place, especially in the rainy season, otherwise I'm sure a regular car can get you into town, 20 minutes away. Would stay again.
