The grounds of the Ko Olina Resort & Marina were once a historic playground for royalty. This is the place to enjoy your private, secluded, sandy, beach cove for basking in the sun, swimming, snorkeling, spotting whales and dolphins, or immersing yourself in a good book.
The villa, which has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, is beautifully furnished. The villa is 1,427 sq ft with lanai. It has an upscale living room and dining area loaded with a comfortable pull out bed sofa, large 47" LCD TV with DVD equipped with HD programming.
The master suite has a plush California King bed; the second bedroom has a beautiful queen bed; the third bedroom has two comfortable twin sleigh beds. Most of the bedrooms have flat LCD TVs with DVDs for your enjoyment. There is also cable television and wireless internet service available.

We stayed here in November 2011 and loved everything about this place. My wife and I were on holiday with another couple and the set-up couldn't have been better. The villa was fully stocked and was located in a prime location. It had everything you needed to make it home. If you like to cook, make sure to bring your own salt+pepper, seasonings, or whatever cooking items you use most at home. I brought my favorite paring knife and garlic salt. Downtown Honolulu is not far, but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There's Costco nearby, as well as a high-end ABC store. The villa was really convenient. We didn't want to leave!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

My (new) wife and I stayed at this Hillside Villa before and after the weekend we got married at Lanikuhonua. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations - plenty of space, tastefully decorated and with some vital necessities for a home away from home (pots and pans, washer/dryer, and plenty of supplies on hand). With Costco only a 10 minute drive away, you can stock up for the week and never have to leave. The villa is an end unit located at the far corner of the housing area, making it a bit more private and offers a small lawn on the side as a bonus. There are also 2 guest parking stalls right in front, which was convenient when we entertained guests. As long as it remains open, we will look forward to returning to this villa.

What a way to spend Christmas! This place is fantastic! Very clean and new. The local folks in the area are very friendly and lots of kids to play with if you have young kids. I'm a chef and my favorite thing is that they clean the BBQ s every day! Sit at the pool, BBQ, watch the kids swim and have a nice beverage, it dose not get any better. Will probably go again next Christmas. Highly recommend this rental.

We stayed in the Ko Olina Hillside Villa last summer and enjoyed it so much that we have booked the same villa again this summer. We were offered an upgrade in a gated area also in Ko Olina but decided to book into the Hillside instead. This area is more like a family area (not touristy), quiet and just what we want! Also just about 10 minutes away from grocery store, eateries and the movie theatre. Great to drop the kids off and pick them up! Would definetly recommend this location to family and friends!!

We stayed here in March 2008 and were very pleased with the unit. It was very clean and new looking with a flat screen TV and quiet upstairs rooms. The unit is at the end of the complex and adjacent to empty fields so is quiet. You can walk to the excellent pool and hot tub area. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this nicely furnishd and immaculate townhouse. It had everything we needed, and the nearby golf course and ocean lagoons were reason enough to visit Oahu
