This 2,175 sq. ft. villa features beautiful tropical decor, 2 outdoor water fountains, 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The main living is spacious and open. The full walled outside sliding glass doors retract into the walls to invite the outdoor living into the indoor living. There are 2 world class golf courses minutes away from the front door!!
The outdoor kitchen and lanai has a private garden setting. We have a spacious full granite kitchen, with Sub Zero frig, Dacor stove and oven, and 2 dishwashers (drawer style). There is every imaginable gadget in the kitchen to make the most gourmet meals. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas seat 8.
The master bedroom has a private lanai and King Sized 4 poster canopy bed, a huge master luxurious bath with shower, tub and private toilet, as well as a private dressing room.
One of the guest bedrooms has 2 full beds and elegant tropical furnishings, with a tiled bathroom and shower. The third guest bedroom (king bed) is downstairs, beautifully decorated, with a private tile bath and shower.
The Mauna Lani Village Amenity Center has it's own fitness center, a fresh water free form pool and hot tub, as well as a clubhouse pavilion with a wet bar and catering kitchen. This is steps away from the Villa. The private owners beach has colorful reefs in crystal clear water with some of the best snorkeling on the island.
There is a separate fitness center on the property with tennis courts, lap pools, and yoga classes (plus more).
There are 2 world class hotels nearby, The Mauna Lani and the Orchid. The most fabulous 'extra' is the walk through the lava fields to the ocean ponds with flying fish. There is a new specialty market place within minutes from the villa, with Tommy Bahama and Ruth Chris Steak house among others.

We--2 parents, 2 collegians--stayed here for a week. The condo was perfect--well-appointed, felt luxurious, lovely lanai, conveniently located, access to beach club. The owners and caretaker were immensely accommodating of our arrival and departure plans, which meant we could enjoy our complete vacation, even dinner prior to our flight out, without traveling around with a car full of luggage. We had spend the prior week in a property elsewhere on the island, and though the location at that one, a quiet neighborhood on a beach, could not be matched, my family preferred this property for its layout and appointments. One very small disadvantage is that the noise from the nearly pool does travel, and I tend to be noise-sensitive. However, pool closes at 10 pm, so noise in the evenings wasn't an issue, and the noise was an issue only one morning when a family had young kids swimming there early. I whole-heartedly recommend this property.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

We celebrated our Anniversary here for two weeks.The first week together, the second week with friends. A VERY nice,clean comfortable place to enjoy the Hawaiian sun & fun. World Class Golfing,Restaurants,Shopping,Hiking,Pool & Beach all within minutes away. Can't wait to get back there in 2013. Great spot for families as well.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

We have stayed in this large and very well appointed condo three times now and love returning. It is very specious and fitted out very well. From the wifi, to the beach toys, chairs, boards etc to the very nicely decorated bedrooms we always feel welcome when we arrive. The outdoor kitchen makes cooking local fresh seafood a breeze. The unit is located steps away from The Villages pool and the shops for food, shopping and groceries are no more than a 200 yard walk. With the ceiling fans and the cross breeze the unit is very cool when you want it to be. (AC as well). The owner makes renting very easy and I can not recommend this unit enough.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I have stayed at this house a few times. I am now spoiled and won't stay anywhere else! This house is beautiful. It is walking distance to a shopping center with a great little market if you feel like staying in and cooking for your self, and great restaurants for dinning out. I personally love the coconut shrimp at Tommy Bahamas! The pool is just out the back slider with a hot tub and gym if you want to work out.There is also a private beach that has great snorkling. I would definitely recommend this to all my friends!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
