Welcome to Hali’i Kai, located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. You will enjoy Spectacular Ocean, and golf course views from the two Lanai’s of our 3-bedroom, 3-bath Villa. This villa has it all, from a great location to exquisite furnishings. The villa is just a short walk from the beautiful oceanfront pool, and beach club, which Hali'i Kai is known for. All guests will enjoy excellent Golf Discounts, the local rate, for Wiakoloa's Beach and Kings Course, two incredible courses located only minutes from the villa.

The living area is nicely furnished with a large couch and a big screen LCD television and DVD player. The dining area has room for 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is eloquently furnished and well stocked. Enjoy ocean views from all these rooms. The lower level lanai is right off the dining room and is equipped with additional seating.

Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom and the first guest bedroom. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed with a LCD television and DVD player. The second lanai, off of the master bedroom, offers a wonderful space to lounge and enjoy the ocean views. The master bath has a large walk-in shower, with a deep soaking tub.

The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a LCD television. The guest bathroom has large walk- in shower. Also located downstairs is the second guest bedroom with two twin beds, a LCD Tv with DVD player. The second guest bath has a bathtub with a shower. There is also a laundry room with a large washer and dryer. Enjoy high-speed Internet access and housekeeping services during your stay at this wonderful villa.
