A great family vacation home located on Merrill Road at Kirkwood Mountain Resort. The home is on a 1/3 of a acre with amazing views of the Sierra Mountains from the front and back decks. Relax in the HOT TUB on the front deck after a great day of skiing on Kirkwood's deep snow. The Kirkwood courtesy shuttle will take you to and from the lifts.
This home is able to handle a large group very comfortably together and still give them personal space.
The home is 3000 square feet and loaded with all of the amenities that you need for a fun getaway. The floorplan features 3 floors of living space for you and your family. With 2 comofortable family rooms , 2 full kitchens upstairs and downstairs,Large dining area, loft, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to keep your group happy. It is equipped with DVD players, Stereo, VCR and a computer. It also has a 2 Large Flat S creen T.V's., board games, Cable, WiFi, and much more. .
There are 5 bedrooms and a loft that will sleep 16 people comfortably in beds. The home has 3 levels. The downstairs has: 3 bedrooms, family room, kitchen and bathroom, laundry. The main level has: 1 bedroom a large kitchen, dining room, family room, bathroom, laundry and 2 large decks with a HOT TUB on the front deck. The upper lever is a spacious master suite with a king bed, bathroom and comfortable loft attatched.
Snowmobile and ATV rentals and tours are available through Ultimate Terrain Adventures. To make

This place was fantastic. Close to the village and the bus to the slopes was an enormous bonus. Can't think if anything that the house didn't have that we didn't need to provide. The only thing you need to bring was your food. We got the house at the best time and probably the best snowfall of the season. We couldn't have been happier.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers.

What a great 4th of July. The home was awesome and Kirkwood's added fireworks display was a added surprise. The area was amazing. We hiked and biked and rode ATV's in Hope Valley.

What a relaxing and comfortable home. Our family enjoyed taking bike rides, hiking and the simple peace and quiet that the area brings. I love the fact the home has 3 levels and everyone can be together or have their own space. Thanks for sharing your home.
