What an Amazing experience!

Where do i begin.... well lets start by saying that my family planned a last minute trip up to Yosemite for a cousin who came back from Iraq. We wanted an experience that can cater to everyone as far as activity wise. There were varieties of activities between Pine Mountain Lake and Yosemite that we decided to look for a place near it... I contacted Kevin no more than a week before the actual date and the process was so smooth that we had the place booked and everything set within 4 days. Though there were lots of changes with our party size, you were so AMAZING with accommodating our party. THen comes the drive and checking out the actual place...... everything was exactly how it was described; clean, spacious, airy, and a little piece of heaven compared to our normal lives here in LA. The master bath was soo amazing, from the tub that me and my son enjoyed to the steam shower that was just so relaxing! We spent a lot of time at the balcony that had a peep view of the lake just relaxing under the stars with the portable fire pit. We also spent a lot of time on the loft with the foosball and the pool table. The drive out to the lake was so quick that even though we did multiple trips to get everyone to the lake, it was never a hassle. We made wonderful use of the canoe/kayak and the other amenities at the lake. There were around 16 of us in the party and the house was still more than enough for everyone to do their own thing. So THANK YOU, for making our little getaway AMAZING! We will indeed be coming back!

Our family just got back from spending a 5 day weekend at this wonderful Mountain cabin, and it was just what we all needed for some quality R & R. Pine Moutain Lake is one of my favorite places to get away for a while, and this house is just the place to do it. The house has a large kitchen, we cooked in most of th time, and ate our meals out on the deck in the "Outdoor Dining Room" and enjoyed a lovely view each night when we dined outside in the warm evening air. The house is very spacious. There are enough rooms to accomodate even a large group. The lake is just a short walk from the Cabin, they have a nice golf course nearby and we all swam in the Pool every day! Enjoy.... We would definitly go back again!

Great property ~ needs some changes

This would be a Good property if a few things were addressed. The actual property structure and amenities are in great shape. The problem was in Cleanliness of the property and the other being the cleanliness of bed linens, pillows and comforters or blankets. You do mention that people need to bring their own bed linens, however, the blankets & comforters covering the beds were unclean, unwashed and just nasty. Honestly, we did not want to use two of the beds because of this. I think if you address these two issues your property would be a great place to stay. Might I suggest that if your going to require people to bring linens, then maybe you should put a mattress cover on the bed and leave them without other coverings. Our stay was on short notice due to our reservations being cancelled due to a fire. We thank Kevin for allowing us to book on such short notice.

We will talk to our housecleaners and take the steps needed to ensure that we have clean linens at all times and will keep a close eye on this. We have purchased new mattress covers for all beds and are making a special trip out to make sure everything is up to par. Thanks for helping us improve our property!

Relaxation

Where do I start, this place is so relaxing I didn't want to go home, we loved the steam shower and the late night star gazing on the deck, the Marina has activities galore with a short walk we were able to enjoy many sun soaked days! If you want relaxation as well as a cozy clean place to stay I would highly recommend this cabin, we will rent again in the winter for a well rounded experience. I would certainly stay again and recommend to family and friends!
