This home is just off of State Hwy 120, in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake. Yosemite is just 24 miles away. The home is newly decorated and fully furnished with everything for your vacation comfort. Included are three Satellite TVs (HBO,Showtime and more), VCR, DVD, loads of movies and a stereo.
Toys, Foosball, books and board games are available for all ages and interests. We have hiking maps and information for FREE local guided hiking tours. Also available is High Speed Wireless DSL for those who wish to choose to bring their laptop.
The Master bathroom has a large tub great for bubble baths (easily fits two adults) The shower coverts to a sauna (great for those who like to work up a sweat).The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, coffee maker, micro-wave, dishwasher, fridge and gas range. There is a swamp cooler for summer, wood burning stove and a gas furnace for winter.
The view of the mountain tops and a peek a boo view of the lake are breathtaking and can be seen from inside the house and/or from the deck. The deck is equipped with table and chairs, gas grill, and an outside fire pit for a nice evening fire. This is one of our favorite things to do in the winter time. We also have a canoe available through the summer months.
Prime location-we are less than ½ a mile from the main marina. With access to all of the amenities at Pine Mountain Lake, you can enjoy an 18 hole championship golf course (one of the Top 15 “Best Courses to Play in Northern California”). Relax in the Country Club lounge or enjoy a wonderful dinner in the dining room.
There are three beaches, one with boat rentals and a snack bar (seasonal) Black Oak Casino is approx a 30 minute drive for those with that have an itch to gamble. You can enjoy fishing, horseback riding, swimming or perhaps a bon fire with marshmallows.
Pine Mountain Lake has several tennis courts, horse shoe pits (we provide the horseshoes) and an Equestrian Center, and hiking trails. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
