My family (5 siblings and 3 in-laws) spent May 15 - May 22, 2010 at this property. We were very pleased with everything! What you see in the pictures is exactly as it is, it was very clean and well maintained. The owner went above and beyond helping this to be the best experience it could be. There were 8 of us ranging in ages from 64 - 76 and it was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach and pier as well as ride bicyles (which were furnished). Our favorite place to eat was a block away (Sunset Grill)! We enjoyed touring Flagler College, the Catholic Church and the Presbyterian Church. I found this house by scrolling vrbo.com and I know that God directed me to it! Anyone choosing to stay at this property will not be disappointed. It is a great neighborhood! We all highly recommend this property!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Our family has been enjoying the area ever since our oldest sons had attended Flagler College. We live in resort area and our 6 children all have been beach kids. They all like the close proximity to the ocean and spend a lot of time surfing at the end of the street. This the first time we have offered the house for vacation rentals. The home has the feel of old Florida. The main house was built in 1957, with an addition added in 1997. It has mature palm trees in the front and fruit trees in the rear.
