Love this place! It was absolutely perfect! We were in town for our nephew's wedding and this place was the best! Very quiet, smelled heavenly, great gym, a 5 minute walk via AC walk-way to the MGM and the strip......so much better than a strip hotel...so many amenities--coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, fully equipped kitchenette, turbo charged jacuzzi tub and so much more. Thank you Ani and Par, you were a dream to deal with--no hidden charges, no surprizes. I have recommended this place to our friends and family. And ifwhen we head back to LV, we are definitely coming back here!

This is like the best place to stay over the summer! We were there for 5 days this August and couldnt have asked for anything more. The small kitchen is a life saver. We saved soo much money by going to Albertsons and stocking up on simple breakfast food items but honestly if we wanted to we could have made dinner using this kitchen. The suite its self is very spacious and has lots of storage place so we upacked all our stuff. The bathroom is really nice too the TV is great a touch we were in town when preseason football kicked off and as some of use were getting ready to go out we could still watch the game as we were getting ready. The Signature has 3 pools (one adults only, and 2 family pools) and as a guest you have access to all of them and the MGM grand pools. But honestly we enjoyed the private pools more they were less crowed than the MGM Grand pool and a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The strip is a walks way from this hotel but we didn't mind it. We had a great time and can't wait to go back and hopefully stay here again!

My friend and I stayed here 4/7-4/11/11 and could not have been happier. This place is so nice, clean, never heard a peep at night. We had a very comfy bed, as well s the pull out being comfy, and you know that is not easy to do. The room had a small kitchen, huge bathroom, and great tub with jacuzi. TV in the bathroom, made for some interesting makeup duty. Everytime we came into the lobby, the awesome smell would fill up our noses. We finally had to ask what it was, and come to find out, this company puts this scent into the airducts. The bell porters were always fast to get our car, as well as very friendly. the pool area was nice, though we only were out there a total of 45 min. It was cold while we were in Vegas, so we did not get to enjoy it much. They had a great work out room, but again, we did not use it. All in all I think this place is wonderful and a much better choice than a hotel. We had a view of part of the strip, but mostly the airport. But that was interesting too. Also, the elevator was the quickest I have ever had on such a high floor. we never waited at all. The only thing is there is lots of walking involved, as it is the furtherest from the strip, but they do have 3 moving walkways that help. The manager, Ani is great to work with, always gets right back to you when questions are ask. Would reccomend this place to anyone.

My wife and I both agree... we're going to stay here again, sooner than later! This place rocked! The owners of this "BEAUTIFUL suite" took care of us totally and completely! Rare as that sounds... so true. They went out of their way for us... even suggesting things to do while there. We will honestly suggest to anyone... family, friends or total strangers... if you're looking for a spectacular and open suite with everything you could possibly want or need, this is the place to stay if you have the opportunity! My wife & I celebrated our anniversary, and also covered (I have a media company) 3 days of the Michael Jordan Celebrity Invitational Golf Tournament, played at the Shadow Creek Golf Course. We needed an elegant place... and we made most of our sponsors and other media guest look bad with this particular suite! Honestly! =) Our time this past weekend was perfect... and much due to our AMAZING accommodations, and the way we were treated and taken care of, being catered to with everything concerning our stay. GREAT concierge service! Great work out facility, pool (both Signature & MGM amazing)! We even made breakfast in the room every morning so we could get to the day... saving time & money. The view and HUGE windows were awesome. We wanted to risk jail time taking the bed home with us... it was that comfortable! The bathroom was beautiful and the bathtub was as nice (actually nicer) than most hot tubs, a huge tube very comfortable for two! We could go on and on... You can know that you will never regret the stay here... that is worth more than anything! This is the only reason we're writing something for this review. Usually we wouldn't even take the time. From 1-10 we give this place literally a 12! Enjoy your stay... win-win-win all the way around! Location was THE BEST for everything and anything in Vegas! Thank you Ani! We look forward to another stay soon! =)

I was in complete AWE over this suite! I loved it!!! it was all that the listing said it was and more. Nice, quiet, and very secured. There was enough room for myself, my mother, and my sister. The owners were so helpful and understanding and very easy to work with! For my next trip out to Vegas i would DEFINATELY stay in this suite again!! THANK YOU!!! =0)

Signature at MGM

I could not have been more happy with the room. The bathroom is great and the room was a perfect size. The fridge was nice to have also. Close enough to the strip that you are nearly as close to being on the strip as you are at the MGM with less of a walk to get out of the building. It was also very quiet which was great. We also used the pool at the MGM. It is a great pool and we had a great time in Vegas.

Thanks for sharing your home with us on our first visit to Vegas. Having the kids we kept busy through the days going to the outlet stores and walking up and down the strip. We saw the Cirque du Solei KA show, thanks to the wonderful Concerige Julie. An amazing show and great being not far away at MGM and the kids held a lion cub. Trying to save money we made good use of the kitchen and at night being exhausted we enjoyed the jazzuci. Thanks again and we will definately recommend your place to our Aussie friends wanting to visit Vegas.

Just wanted to send you off a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your place at the Signature Tower. We were so comfortable (slept great in those yummy beddings) and loved how peaceful it was, the little adorable kitchen, the fitness room, that huge jacuzzi bathtub and shower and the convenient location - we loved how the Towers and MGM were all connected by indoor passageways. From the minute we drove in the welcome and service was wonderful. Hope we can go back again someday....

Loved staying here, Ani was awesome and very easy to deal with. Blender was a great attribute. Take a cooler so u can enjoy a beer by the pool. I would recommend this property to a friend!!!

MGM Signature Suites is Great

I have been staying in this unit for at least 5 times now. I always check to see if this unit is available first. the reason being is the view is great and the owner is fantastic to work with

We recently stayed in this Suite. My wife and I loved it.Staff at Signature were excellent.Suite was beautiful,great retreat from hustle and bustle of Vegas.

This room was great! Very high end, clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the kitchen area to have snacks and cold drinks available. The bathroom was large and well layout for 2 people trying to get ready at the same time. Loved the HUGE tub. Great big, good qualilty, towels. Not much of a view, but we weren't really there to stay in the room all the time. We paid for the daily maid service and they did a great job on the room. It also included a gym pass and newspaper and 2 bottles of water delivered each day to you room. The first few days they forgot the paper and water. Front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. We bought all of our shows tickets from the front desk in the lobby. Parking was free valet, but tipping was very prominent. The pool is great, there a pool at each tower. On 2 days our pool was closed and we had to use Tower 2's pool. The drinks at the pool bar are very expensive. Most peolpe were bringing their own drinks. Tower 3 is the newest and seemed to be the nicest. The only negative would be for people who can't walk a long way. Tower 3 is the farthest away from the main MGM building. There are a couple of moving sidewalks, but it is still a long walk for some people. The owner of the suite was extremely nice to deal with. It was an easy transaction with no problems. We would stay here again.
