Our family owned, tropical, luxurious Resort Style Home features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, pool & spa, 2 car garage, a large covered and open air lanai, a family/bonus/great room, tiled and carpet floors throughout and sweeping ocean views.
There is approximately 2,500 square feet of indoor luxurious living space and over 600 square feet of covered outdoor patio terrace for a total of more than 2,700 square feet of attractive and comfortable indoor and outdoor living space.
The ground floor offers you a large, spacious, comfortable and open great room which flows seamlessly out to a beautifully landscaped lanai. The great room offers a large 60" flat screen TV and plush sectional chaise lounge sofa. Large and tall sliding glass doors open to the generous lanai which offers a deluxe BBQ area, relaxing deep spa and refreshing soaking pool. While drinking you Mai Tais, you can also watch stunning sunsets and breaching whales from the comfortable lanai furniture there is to offer.
The kitchen is well appointed with a 42" refrigerator, granite countertops, ample working and storage space, and top of the line stainless steel GE Profile appliances. The dining room offers a comfortable 9 piece set for large parties. Adjacent to the kitchen is a guest bedroom with 2 comfortable twin beds. Perfect for the kids! It has a half bath which works well for overnight guests.
On the upper floor, you are greeted by a generously sized master suite that leads to a luxurious master bath. There is a cal king size bed with large HD flat screen TV. The master bath includes separate shower and large 24" deep soaking tub, ample storage, and private toilet room.
The second bedroom on the upper floor is large like the master suite. It also features a cal king bed and beautiful bay window views. It has its own full bathroom for the kids or out of town guests.
This cozy hideaway has brand new furniture and accessories etc.
There is premium cable with WiFi access throughout the entire home.
There is climate control central air throughout.
Our Resort Style Home is minutes to all the amazing South Maui beaches, fine dining, shopping and some of the best snorkeling on the Island. For 'beach goers' we have all the equipment you will need including a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, a picnic basket, a beach umbrella and towels.
