The house includes exquisite finishing such as wooden floors or imported ceramic tiles and ceramic bathrooms representing a certain lifestyle, pure and practical. Top of the line imported furniture from Central America and Morroco and amenities are completing an already ideal picture.

We had a lovely week-long stay at this house in Tamarindo. Both the house and the property at large are very tastefully built and maintained. Manu was very prompt in arranging the stay, and the on-site property managers Liz and Craig were helpful in making sure our every need is met. The only reason I did not give an "excellent" was the lack of a heated pool/jacuzzi area. While the pool area is beautifully landscaped and maintained (the small water fall is especially soothing to hear while sitting by the pool side), the water was a bit too cold to take a dip. Other than that minor point, this is a wonderful place to stay and we would love to stay here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: We are originally from France and moved to Maui Hawaii 15 years ago. As professional windsurfers we travel the world year round together with our 4 years old daughter. Every year we go back to Tamarindo because this place has a little of everything we love around the world; the tropics, the scenery, the warm weather & people, the waves, the night life, the wilderness and so much more...
Why the Owner Chose Tamarindo:
Because we knew we will always be happy to go back there and also because it is always easier to send people to a place you love. Everybody can have a great time in Tamarindo and its surroundings. There is so much to do and to see and so many great people around. We have plenty friends in the area so it is always a pleasure to come back.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
There are many condos in Tamarindo now but few of them have a nice architectural style and good furniture. When we stay there we feel like at home, not because we own this place but because it is comfortable and nice like our home. It is a great feeling.
There are only 7 other houses on site so Pueblo Colonial is quiet and private.Having a 4 year old we appreciate that Pueblo Colonial is very kids friendly with a great swimming pool and safe garden.
What is great is that everything is walking distance from our place; great swimming or surfing, from shops & grocery stores to restaurants and bars it is so convenient!
