  We absolutely treasured our stay at your oh so beautiful home. You are very fortunate to have such a great place to get away to! The rain here where we live..... I just want to thank you so much for allowing my family to reside there. We made so many memories. The boys LOVED the golf cart! and your bedding and your wifi and your pool and and and!!! The list could go on for days!

  Recommended by a friend I trust, we made our first venture into Mexico proper in 35 years. Hacienda Mita is a terrific unit. It's website offers photos that make the property look too good to be true. It more than lives up to the pictures. Our flight was met by Jose, a driver arranged for us by Rosina, the local property manager. He wrangled our luggage and waited while we shopped at the local Mega grocery, getting provisions for the week. (Tip: you do not need as much as you think in the off season- restaurants are close, friendly, delicious, and inexpensive) Jose delivered us and our stuff right into the unit, where Rosina was was waiting to greet us and explain all the amenities in and around the property. Rosina is a treasure. Friendly, fun, vivacious, professional. An expert on the area. Circumstances led us here in the off season, having been forced to cancel a February visit. It worked out so well for us. Our couples children are all grown and we've experienced many vacations. While there are a ton of activities close by, we never left the gated community. We loved the private beach club and the folks working there. They greeted us by name from second day, arranging our favorite lounge chairs, bringing water and drinks, serving us lunch and dinner. The massages were well priced and quite nice. We swam, walked the beach, napped, noshed, and all-in-all vegged out. We heard from them about the crowds "in season." The most people we saw in six days was 12. Total. Everywhere. Awesome. We live in a resort style home in PHX and we walked into the unit and it felt like home. We've stayed in a lot of very nice places around the world, but I can truly say, for rest and relaxation, for quality and convenience, for luxury and security, this place has it all. I cannot recommend a place any higher and we will definitely be back!

  We just spent an amazing week and excited to share our experience. Our friends were getting married at the Four Seasons and we decided to make this a family trip and looked into a condo to share with two other couples We found this condo and loved our decision. It was so nice to have 3 huge bedrooms and a bunk room for the older kids. This condo is spacious, has A+ amenities and the 30' sliding glass doors open to a large outdoor sitting area with the infinity pool just steps away -- It was like having our own private pool with amazing views of surfers. The use of the golf cart made it very easy to get around -- we made daily trips to the Beach Club, dinner at the Four Seasons, golf, etc. The condo is located inside the gates of Punta Mita, but I highly recommend venturing outside the gate to old town Punta Mita for very good, authentic mexican beachfront restaurants (Si Senior, Café Como No?, and The Dorado were our favorites). Old town is a cool fishing village with a beginner/intermediate surf break and there was never a question of safety - day or night. Needless to say, we loved our decision and have already recommended this condo experience to our friends.   we had such a great time at your villa in punta mita!! The place is just as beautiful as the phots in your website!!! Great beach clubs and having access to the vilalge and all the restaraunts is sucha bonus with kids!! we felt so safe and cannot wait to go back! thanks donna!

  what a great place!!! we had such a great time and the villa was just as beautiful as the photos... Everything that was promised was delivered! The beach clubs are great and having access to the village and all the restaraunts makes it so easy!! we felt very safe and cant wait to go back!

  My family stayed at this condo for one week. The view of the ocean was amazing. The ground floor unit gave us the inside/outside feel we were looking for. The private pool was literally steps from our outside sitting area. The beds, sheets, and towels were 5 star quality. We are looking forward to staying here again.

  We stayed at this lovely condo in Hacienda de Mita in June 2010. The place was fantastic: Well-appointed, super clean, soft linens, lots of fluffy towels, excellent A/C (if you need it), W/D, VERY spacious. Our group of 6 were never tripping over one another. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Wonderful kitchen with EVERYthing you could need. Walk to village, beach. Pool right outside your door. Staff very friendly, helpful, English speaking. Can't wait to return...Enjoy!
