LOCATION: Not quite Ski In/Ski Out, but close! Our home away from home is a comfortable, well appointed townhome nestled between Park City Mountain Resort and Park City Golf Club - access to world class Alpine & Nordic skiing, right out your door. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the lifts. If you prefer to ride, the bus stops outside our building every 20 minutes.
SETTING: One thing you'll notice about our location is it's uniquely quiet and serene setting, while being one of the most convenient locations in Park City. While not skiing or snowboarding, watch the cross country skiers on the golf course from the cozy comfort of the living room. For early risers, sit in front of the fireplace and watch the sun rise over the Aerie. Be sure to bring your camera.
ACCOMODATIONS: We have 1 King bedroom downstairs with private bath. 1 Queen bedroom, and 1 Queen loft bedroom w/Twin trundle (with locking door) upstairs. TV's in living room and bedrooms. Wi-Fi. New, fully-stocked kitchen, with granite countertops.
Also upstairs is the 4-Person Steam Sauna.
CLOSE TO EVERYTHING: We are next to the property’s recreation complex with new outdoor heated pool and hot tub, indoor fireplace, giant TV, kitchen facilities, saunas, and locker rooms.
It's just a short walk to the shopping plaza, including grocery stores, outdoor retailers, video, drug store, coffee, ice cream parlor, and nail salon. The free bus to Historic Main Street, Old Town, stops right in front of building every 20 minutes. Free transit system connects to Deer Valley, The Canyons, Olympic Park, Tanger Outlet Mall, or wherever else in the area you wish to go.
YEAR-ROUND ENJOYMENT: This is also a perfect place for a summer or fall getaway. The Park City Golf Course is right out your back door, and Park City Mountain Resort with miles of mountain biking and hiking trails is right out the front door. Also, the famous Spiro trailhead is only a few minutes down the street.
