Come and relax in our great mountain getaway. Located one block off of Main Street on the Fraser River. Our one bedroom condo is located on the top floor, end unit.

A real mountain feel with a wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, DVD player built into flat panel TV's. Downtown Winter Park, with shopping and restaurants just a short two minute walk. Or, you can catch the FREE BUS SHUTTLE that picks up outside the condominium. The bus runs to/from downtown as well as to the ski resorts of Winter Park and Mary Jane.
Also included is a pass for all renters to the Recreation Center which is located a minute’s walk away. Here you will find an indoor swimming pool, four hot tubs, sauna, game room (pool table, air hockey, & video games), and laundry.
Tubing, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing are just minutes away. Or, just simply relax with your favorite book or take a walk. There is something for everyone.

Hello, my wife Alison and I have had this condo for 14 years. We love the mountains and the Winter Park area. We ski and snowshoe in the winter and hike in the summer. We have 3 dogs, but not all by choice, our kids just couldn't wait to have dogs in college, So now our daughter lives in Vienna and her dog lives with us and our son moved back home to work at Bent Gate a Mountaineering store in Golden so yet another dog. We lived in New Zealand in the 90's for 3 years and have traveled some but not enough. We would be happy to give you the inside scoop on the Winter Park area and any discounts that we know of. Alison has put together and extensive catalog of everything in the area to do and where to eat. I have recently updated more of the condo with all new doors, furniture and paint. It gives the whole place a new feel. I also have on display a few of my Colorado photographs. Google photosbysaylor to see more. Winter Park area is just a quiet little place where you can get to know the locals who run the local stores and restaurants. Its slowly growing up, but at a nice pace. The new Rec center is a great new addition to Winter Park.
