Our 5 bed luxury villa is located in the perfect location in Kissimmee, situated in "The Hamlets" a small exclusive gated community of just 51 homes, within a 20 minute drive from Orlando International Airport
We are located just off the US Hwy 192 in a quiet community, yet only minutes from all the major attractions, shops and restaurants. Disney is just 10 minutes away with all the other major parks within a 20 minute drive.
Wal-Mart – a huge superstore, where you can buy almost anything is only 5 minutes away with Publix (supermarket) and Target even closer. Within 10 minutes you can be at other large chain stores such as KMart and also two superb designer outlet malls, featuring all the famous names.
There are numerous restaurants and bars within a 5 minute drive and some top class Golf Courses within easy reach (Nearest Falcons Fire - 8 minutes)
The villa is tastefully decorated and all linens/towels/bath sheets are provided. We believe everything is in place to make your stay feel like home.

Wow what an entrance – beautiful home – everything we could possible want. Had a great holiday. Love Orlando but what made the holiday perfect for us was the house. Lovely setting Na the house catered for everything we needed. We will definitely be back Kind regards

We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Hamlet Court. The villa was superb, the location was ideal, and the weather was perfect. There were two features in particular that we felt set your villa above other properties we’ve rented – the computer and the hot tub. Our daughter loved being able to keep in touch with her friends back home, and we made good use of the Internet to plan outings, get directions, check the weather forecast, and confirm our return flight time. Having a real hot tub instead of the usual small pool spa was wonderful.” “We would highly recommend your villa to anyone looking for outstanding accommodations in the Kissimmee area. Our only regret was having to leave after just eight days!”
