It features 4 large bedrooms and an entertainment room which can be easily transformed as an additional bedroom. The lot is full of matured coconut trees and other tropical plants that give abundant shade to all visitors . Maid service available upon request . Airport pick up can be arranged for a small fee.

Why the Owner Chose El Cuco
The main reason of choosing this property was the beach itself. El Cuco is considered to be one of the best beaches of the region. The property didnt have a swimming pool then, building the pool was the first addition done to the property in the early years. Thru the years, improvements have been made such as new tile floors, new kitchen, A/C in all rooms, cable tv, and last but not least plants that have now matured and give the shade and the coolness needed to b comfortable under the sun.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Some of the benefits of staying here is the peace and privacy one enjoys at the beach as well as within the property. One can easily get supplies from the town of el Cuco, or the nearby cities of Chirilagua or Intipuca. Local fisherman will sell the catch of the day at reasonable prices and with the freshness found no where. Jumbo shrimp and all kinds of fish are available also at the local fishermans cooperative.

I purchased this property to have a place to enjoy with my family the peace and tranquility found in el cuco beach. Througout the years we've enjoyed good times leaving lasting memories with family and friends. Some of our nieces and nephews have learned how to swimm here. I hope ur stay in el cuco is as pleasant as it has been for us for many years.
