Along with a reading loft, bar area, living room with wood-burning fireplace and enclosed back porch, the cottage boasts two bedrooms with full size beds, television/cable, and a beautiful tiled shower with two seats.
The cottage is located on twelve mile creek (boat dock available) just a few hundred yards from Lake Ontario and within walking distance to Roosevelt Beach/Wilson Tuscarora State Park; just twelve miles from Fort Niagara and only a short drive to Four Mile Creek State Park, Niagara Falls as well as the Niagara Wine Trail. This lovely hide-away is also close to many restaurants, a grocery store and well known establishments such as The Wilson Boat House and The Wilson House.
