Thank you so much, Maria, for sharing your lovely cottage! We had the best time in New York and your wonderful cottage was just the icing on the cake. It was so nice to have a warm and inviting home base to come back to after our daily excursions. This website doesn't do it justice (I'm sure no pictures can). It was clean and fully stocked and so much better than a boring hotel room. We truly appreciate your hospitality!

What a Great Getaway!

Our 2 night visit to this wonderfully quaint little cottage was just perfect for us. It's has a great location on the river, where we spent our evenings just relaxing on the chaise by the riverbank. All of the amenties in the VRBO listing are available to make the stay perfect, and the pictures on VRBO hardly convey how nice the cottage is. Since the cottage is located in Wilson, it's an easy drive to the Falls, or across the Lewiston/Queenston Bridge to Canada to visit Niagara-on-the-Lake. Maria made every effort to make sure our stay was wonderful.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

40th anniversary at the Cottage in Wilson NY

Enjoyed our stay at the little cottage in Wilson, NY. The cottage lacked for nothing. The kitchen was fabulous and the rooms were furnished with charm. The cottage was ready for us when we arrived, with fresh flowers and all. Very clean and well-maintained. Owner was helpful and very gracious with all my questions. We did a lot of exploring by car to different little towns and cities, including Niagra Falls, as well as a little wine tasting. I would recommend this place to any friend or relative.

This was a great surprise. The pictures on the internet don't do it justice. I'm glad i called you again; this place was worth it. My wife and i needed a quick get-a-way and we were more than satisfied! With having our baby boy six months ago and bouncing around to our respective families for the holidays we wanted a cozy place to kick our feet up and relax by a fire. This was a surprise from my husband for ouranniversary (1year). This has been our most relaxing weekedend in a year! We've bought two houses, had a baby.... What am amazing place, so beautiful and the best decorating i've seen in a while. We enjoyed the rowboat and feeding the swans alot. Thank you for such a wonderful place to come to! When Judy told me about my birthday surprise-get-away i was really in need of a break and your home was exactly what i needed - on behalf on my nervous system... thank you - Robert Well, well, what can I say? Beauty, charm, and so tastefully decorated - what's not to love? The whole weekend was even more than we expected. We parked our car and haven't moved; besides, rowing, biking and lots of R+R. Apparently, we're the very first renters, and I have to say - we won't be the last!!! First off, the location is wonderful - I love being on the water. The swans, ducks, birds and the scenery are all beautiful. The house is very clean and very quaint. Love the woodwork and stone floor and back patio - just lovely!! Great job on all the refurbishing and decorating. beds were clean and very comfortable. Will definately recommend this place to all our friends and family! thank you, Andy (Clarence, NY)
