The beauty of this cottage is in its vaulted ceilings with old rustic hemlock beams, black walnut trim, handscraped oak/teak flooring and handmade Amish kitchen cabinets. The exterior of the cottage is covered in Amish hand-sawn white pine and adorned with rustic fieldstone accents.
The Wilson cottage is a magical retreat and is fully decorated to give it a special flair...cottage has a bar area/eating area, living room with wood-burning fireplace and enclosed back porch. The cottage boasts a bedroom with a queen size bed, television/cable, and a beautiful tiled shower with two seats.
The cottage is located on twelve mile creek (boat dock available) just a few hundred yards from Lake Ontario and within walking distance to Roosevelt Beach/Wilson Tuscarora State Park; just twelve miles from Fort Niagara and only a short drive to Four Mile Creek State Park, Niagara Falls as well as the Niagara Wine Trail. This lovely hide-away is also close to many restaurants, a grocery store and well known establishments such as The Wilson Boat House and The Wilson House. Lots of pamphlets and informational brochures are provided for you at the cottage.

This was a great surprise. The pictures on the internet don't do it justice. I'm glad i called you again; this place was worth it. My wife and i needed a quick get-a-way and we were more than satisfied! With having our baby boy six months ago and bouncing around to our respective families for the holidays we wanted a cozy place to kick our feet up and relax by a fire. This was a surprise from my husband for ouranniversary (1year). This has been our most relaxing weekedend in a year! We've bought two houses, had a baby.... What am amazing place, so beautiful and the best decorating i've seen in a while. We enjoyed the rowboat and feeding the swans alot. Thank you for such a wonderful place to come to! When Judy told me about my birthday surprise-get-away i was really in need of a break and your home was exactly what i needed - on behalf on my nervous system... thank you - Robert Well, well, what can I say? Beauty, charm, and so tastefully decorated - what's not to love? The whole weekend was even more than we expected. We parked our car and haven't moved; besides, rowing, biking and lots of R+R. Apparently, we're the very first renters, and I have to say - we won't be the last!!! First off, the location is wonderful - I love being on the water. The swans, ducks, birds and the scenery are all beautiful. The house is very clean and very quaint. Love the woodwork and stone floor and back patio - just lovely!! Great job on all the refurbishing and decorating. beds were clean and very comfortable. Will definately recommend this place to all our friends and family! thank you, Andy (Clarence, NY)
