For only $70 a day your personal driver, Dennis, will pick you up in a Toyota Fortuna SUV. 4 plus driver...at the San Pedro airport and take you to the villa. He will be in separate quarters on the estate and be ready to go...whenever or wherever. (The normal daily cost of just an SUV Rental is $60 a day.)
The caretaker, Jose, will fulfill of all your needs with a wonderful smile.

House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all kinds of pots, pans and utensils. The air conditioner worked very well, and was very welcome. It was very handy to have the washer and dryer. When I got home, all my clothes were already clean! Pool was fabulous! It was great to spend time at the pool instead of the beach. And the beach! What can I say? If you like to spend time at the beach, and play around in the ocean, this place is for you. For a small fee, the owners provided me with a driver, and I highly recommend using him. He took me wherever I wanted to go, and even suggested a few places. I cannot say enough about this place. I'll be visiting again!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Although a little old, the house and the grounds were very well kept and clean. The pool was an awesome addition to the beach and ocean view. The onsite groundskeeper was extremely helpful and even helped us grill our dinner one night. All questions to the manager were answered immediately and in a very helpful manner. The air conditioning and huge selection of cable channels kept us cool and entertained when the afternoon sun got intense. Loved the recommendation from the manager to tour nearby Cayos Cachinos Island - a must do for anyone visiting La Ceiba. Very thankful for the guard on patrol at night- made us feel very safe and secure.

Maintanance on property is deffered; ie, tiolets not working, washer not working, kitchen infested with ants, air conditioning in living room and master bedroom not working. Bathrooms and kitchen not cleaned between renters, refridgerator smelled so bad that we thought something had died in it. We drove 6 hours to get there and were very sad that these things were issues. Oh and by the way, there is no WIFI and the television gets about 5 channels, the rest is pay per view. I have requested a refund for my fee excpet for the one night that we had to stay and the property manager is dragging her feet!
Owner response:From the property owners.,,,, in response to the bad review. We live in the States but spend about half of the year in this house. We were appalled to hear about the condition of the house for these renters. There is NO EXCUSE for this. We apologized for their unpleasant experience & have refunded their money. The property manager's assistant who was responsible for this debacle has been terminated. The property manager, who was totally disabled, has resigned & we have a very competent, responsible management group in place. This has never happened before to our guests & we are determined to see that it never recurs. A word about the TV: it is satellite from Los Angeles and does in fact get about 300 free channels. We assume that our former (so-called) "property manager" did not give adequate instructions for its use.
