Relax in a 8-10 person Jacuzzi/hot tub and enjoy the serene tropical surroundings. There is also a large landscaped upper slope BBQ and lawn/garden area, complete with bungalow to relax and enjoy the spectacular ocean and mountain views. The property is perfect for entertaining. There is ample space on the property and parking for several cars.
The accommodations are quiet, private, clean, comfortable and spacious. The Luxury Deck House (lower unit) sleeps 8 and is a 1200 sq.ft. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with 800+ square foot covered lanai (deck). The Oceanview cottage(upper unit) sleeps 6 and is a 900 square foot 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom + den with 500+ square foot deck with retractable awning. There is also a lower office/overflow sleeping area. Each unit has expansive ocean and mountain views with air conditioning, complete kitchens- granite countertops downstairs and ceramic tile countertops upstairs- custom cabinets with everything you need to entertain, all appliances-full size refrigerator, professional electric/gas oven- 4 burner cook top, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and bath tub in both units. Property is fenced and has electric gate entrance (clicker provided and keypad entrance), a large lawn and is professionally landscaped. With the rental, you also have access to the property kayaks, beach gear, kid’s beach toys.
Situated in the beach town of Kaaawa, you are just 30 minutes from the airport, 45 minutes from Honolulu and Waikiki and 30 minutes to the North Shore. Kaaawa is safe and has a family-friendly beach town environment. There are over 10 sandy beaches within 10 minutes or less walking and 5 minutes or less driving.Chinaman’s Hat (Mokolii) island greets you as you enter this unique North east shoreline. The Kualoa Ranch (see links) sits across from the Kualoa Beach Park and Chinaman’s Hat. This 4000 acre working activities ranch offers horse back riding, all terrain vehicle tours, movie set tours, bike tours, weddings, luaus, concerts and various other activities. There is also a gift shop and restaurant. There are several other restaurants within short driving distance and the Crouching Lion Restaurant& Bar and 7-11 are within walking distance of the property. You may recognize Kaaawa town from the numerous films and television shows filmed here including LOST, Jurassic Park, Windtalkers, George of the Jungle, Pearl Harbor, and a long list of others. Kaaawa boasts 5 parks: Kualoa Beach Park, Kaaawa Beach Park, Kalae’oio Beach Park, Swanzy Beach Park, and Kahana Beach Park. There are Hiking trails right on property and extensive ones in the listed parks. In addition to hiking and land activities, this area is popular for surfing, diving, fishing, kayaking, parasailing, boating and mountain biking. There are tons of secret beaches and miles of white sand beaches to enjoy and explore in and around Kaaawa.
