Two world class golf courses await you nearby in Princeville. A half-hour drive to the end of the road takes you to Ke'e Beach where snorkelers can mingle with multi-colored fish and Green Turtles. Hikers revel in the sights, sounds, and smells of the rain forest, and marvel at the incredible coastal and mountain views of the rugged Napali Coast Trail which winds its way along the cliffs above the azure Pacific.
A new tennis pro with Peter Burwash International has just assumed management of our tennis program.
Vacationers staying at our recently renovated one-bedroom condo at Hanalei Bay Resort have full access to all resort amenities: two swimming pools, eight tennis courts, hot tub, etc. A secluded beach shared with the Princeville Resort, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, is a short ten-minute walk or free shuttle ride away.
Our condo is on the first floor - no stairs to climb — and near the resort's spectacular lagoon-shaped swimming pool, hot tub with its own waterfall, lobby and parking. Enjoy magnificent mountain and garden views from the condo lanais which open up to an expansive, lush grassy area.
Unit 1105/1106 is a one-bedroom, two-bath condo: rent the bedroom unit (1106) with king bed, bath, breakfast bar with half-size refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker; or the studio unit (1105)with living room, fully-equipped kitchen, queen-size wall bed and bath; or the entire condo(1105-1106). The condo was renovated in May 2008 including new carpet throughout, breakfast bar addition to bedroom unit, upgraded baths with new cabinetry and granite counter tops. The entire condo sleeps a max. of four. 1105 and 1106 when rented separately each sleep two. The two units are separated by a pair of 'lock out' doors.
The kitchen in the studio unit(1105) has granite counter tops, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, as well as complete kitchen ware. The bedroom unit(1106) has a breakfast bar which includes half-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, counter space and cabinetry. Both the studio unit(1105) and bedroom unit (1106) have air conditioning and cable TV. Broadband internet service is available for a fee in the Studio unit(1105). Wi-fi service for a fee is available in the Bedroom unit (1106).

PLEASE NOTE: the VRBO Calendar is not able to list dates separately for each of our two units. We mark a date as 'rented' only when BOTH units (the Bedroom Unit and the Studio Unit) are rented. When a date may look available on the calendar, it may be that only one of the two units is available.

Thank you for affording us the BEST ever stay on Kauai! Your condo unit was well beyond what we had hoped for. The room was immaculate when we arrived and the amenities were perfect. You thought of everything for vacationers and the plush towels and very nice bed linens and very comfy bed were of 5 star resort quality...Really, I do not want to say too much more because I cannot wait to book again and bring all of my family and friends... Especially my 80 year old mother who will find the ground level unit and happy and helpful staff an additional perk to the fine unit. Oh and BTW, My boyfriend proposed to me poolside one evening with the perfect tiki lights aglow and it couldn't have been a better spot! Thanks again! Maholo from Nashville, Tennessee. Being only a short walk from the beach, lagoon-shaped pool, and award winning hot-tub encourages us to swim, relax on a daily basis. We love the view of mountain waterfalls from our lanais, which is where parents can relax while their children play in the large grassy area immediately off our ground-floor condo. In the event of a rain shower it's great to be able to park the car immediately outside of the condo. In many respects, our first floor condo in the Hibiscus Building is one of the best-situated units at HBR.
