This mid-century 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1800 sq. ft. home is located in a private cul de sac behind the gates of Indian Wells Country Club across from the 3rd hole of the Classic Course.

The location is about the best in the Desert, in a mountain cove south of Highway 111 and at the foot of the Santa Rosa Mountains, the home has spectacular views from both the front and back yards. The mountains are lit-up at night! From beautiful sunrises to sunsets, the beauty of the desert unfolds throughout the day, and this is big sky country, with millions of stars at night.

The Golf Resort at Indian Wells (with its two spectacular new courses) is a few blocks away, with the amenities of the Hyatt Grand Champions and Renaissance Esmeralda resort hotels. You can walk to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, home to the Pacific Life Open in March. Dozens of golf courses are available within 1/2 hour. Palm Desert's El Paseo shopping district is 10 minutes away and Palm Springs Airport is a 20-minute drive.

The home has a private pool and spa. Both bedrooms have king beds, private side patios with sliders, and are adjacent to full-baths.

  • Our stay here was fantastic! We absolutely loved the setting. The pool and beautiful garden are nestled up against the Santa Rosa mountains and we spent hours gazing at this dramatic backdrop, when we weren't in the very sizeable pool or spa. The house was very comfortable, with 2 ncie sized bedrooms and two baths, situated so that it was perfect for addtional guests. The decor is reminiscent of the 1960's, very comfortable and perfect for the climate. Very fully equipped kitchen Indian Wells location was a great base to explore the scenic Coachella Valley.

  • The house was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and stylishly furnished. A perfect place to relax in a great location. The owner couldn't have been more friendly. I'll be staying there again next year. You'd be foolish to stay anywhere else in Indian Wells.

  • A magical place to relax and unwind from the cares of the world, a beautifully appointed vacation house with all the possible conveniences and helpful hosts that offer well thought out recommendations on everything from dining out to sighseeing and shopping. We loved the beautiful garden complete with birdss singing a pool and a mineral pool.

  • We rented this lovely home in Indian Wells and were really happy with the location, as well as the property, pool, etc...The owner met us personally and took time to list sites and activities in the surroundings. Would recommend wholeheartedly.
