This beautiful new modern house, finished in 2007, offers all the modern comfort, in one of the most beautiful areas in Salvage Beach of the Dominican Republic.
The CASA AMAITA is 180 square meters, and its open-end on a big covered terrace nearby the private swimming pool, on a private garden. You have a view on the sea, and the house is less than 100 meters to the beach, and the access to the beach is private.
The house is located at 4 kilometers to the village of Las Terrenas, very nice village with its shops and restaurant, coming year after year more known.
There, live a lot of Europeans, French, Italian, Spanish; for that Las Terrenas is on the way to becoming the ST TROPEZ of the Dominican Republic
The Samana countryside is one of the most beautiful in the Caribbean...mountains covered by cocoa trees (the biggest cocoa tree forest in the world ), amazing beach, nearby a national park and beautiful falls of "limon". In this beautiful and salvage nature, you can see from January to April hundred of whales coming there to spend the winter in the warm waters of Samana Bay.
How to get there? The international airport of EL CATEY opened last year, located 50 minutes from Las Terrenas. You can also fly to Punta Cana or Santo Domingo and take the fly taxi to go to Las Terrenas.
flying to SANTO DOMINGO can give you too the possibility , with the new road , to reach the house with a taxi in 2 hours
