This Florida beach vacation rental property is privatley owned and in the center of Panama City Beach. We are located within walking distance of Pier Park Mall and the new city pier that extends into the Gulf. The Aqua resort complex is one of the newest developments on the beach.
This beautiful upscale 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is located on the 11th floor in the middle of the complex and close to the elevators. This unit has been beautifully furnished by an expert designer with a West Indies theme. Aqua is the latest development to be completed in the Panama City Beach area.
Our condo includes 40" flat screen TV's in all three bedrooms and a 46" LCD in the living room. We have included upgraded cable services (HD Channels, Showtime, HBO, Fox Sports. Additionally, we have a work desk for the busy professional that includes Wi Fi access for free.
Aqua's kids club includes daily activities including Sand Castle building, jewelry making, t-shirt making, scavenger hunts and much much more. Walking distance to Gulf World. See our kid photos from Gulf World.
Our condo layout includes two master bedrooms with beach front views and independent access to balcony.
The condo includes a washer and dryer to keep you and your family in clean clothes.
We have also reserved two beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests free of charge ($150 value) For those that like the ultimate vacation, we can put you in contact with someone to do all your shopping needs for a small fee.
At night, relax and watch a free DVD from the Aqua complex video library.
There is a large beautiful indoor and outdoor pool with hot tub. Feel free to bring your own drinks to the pool or purchase them from the pool side bar. Complete fitness center on-site. There also is a pool side party room and event center for private parties that includes a theater.

Why the Owner Chose Aqua
We choose Aqua after looking at over 10 different new complexes in Panama City Beach in 2007. The main reason for our Aqua purchase was the reputation of the developer and the cleanliness of the facility. The amenities and staff are outstanding. We also like the proximity to the Pier Park Mall. On our part of the beach there is less development and congestion as compared to the east end.

The most unique benefits of staying at our condo is the large number of things to do within 10 miles. There are countless golf courses, minature golf courses, shopping, Gulf World, fine dining,entertainment and people watching.

My wife and I purchased our condo as new in 2007. We spared no expense in furnishing the condo. We are both professionals and take great pride in our beach front properties. We both love the outdoors, shopping, dining and the beach. We also own a condo in Port Aransas, Texas at Port Royal. The kids loved the great pool at Port Royal but never imagined a pool the size of the Gulf of Mexico at our Florida condo. The water is aqua blue and the sand is powder white compared to the cloudy water and dark sand of the Gulf in Texas. We have made great friends from all over the states that we have met at our Florida condo.
