The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I lived in this condo for 7 years. While living there, I upgraded everything inside and outside the unit. There aren't many (if any) rentals in The Racquet Club that have put as much into their condos as I have! My family owns three units in the RC and I live 15 minutes away. So anyone renting my condo is dealing directly with an owner that is always available and lives very close. I want my renters to be thrilled with their rental experience.
