We drove down straight from Wisconsin with our four kids and were in no mood for a crazy check-ins or problems with the condo. We had NONE of that. After we brought our stuff in, we were on the beach in 10 minutes. The condo was clean and had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked, including a blender for margaritas on the balcony. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable (I usually hate sleeping in a bed besides mine - slept like a baby!) as were the pillows. The balcony was roomy and easily fit all of us on it in the evening. One of the best things about this condo is that it's on the second floor. The elevators in the hotel are super busy all the time, and we never had to wait because we just went up a flight of stairs or two and walked out of the stairway to the condo door. Also, because of this, running up to the condo if we forgot something wasn't a big deal. Mike is SUPER to work with. We decided that we would love to stay an extra day at the end and he was more than accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! And again! And again!!!

I stayed in this beautiful condo a few nights during Spring Break. Even though it was Spring Break it was quiet on our end of the beach. I had my 2 grandchildren with me and they just loved this place! There is so much to keep them busy you don't have to worry about going anywhere else to entertain them! My grandson cried the day we left. He said this is his new home. We will hopefully get to come back soon.

Great end of summer vacation at Splash. Couldn't of asked for a better place to enjoy our family vacation. Your condo was great and we enjoyed it very much. My family and i stayed here and felt very at home. The condo is spacious enough for 5 adults and a 3 year old. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returing next year.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this location. Living within a few hours of the beach, we frequently come down and rent. This was one of the most family friendly resorts we have visited. The rental was easy to book and pay for, the property was great for the whole family, and the proximity to local shopping and dining was exceptional. Thanks for allowing us to use your property!

Mike was wonderful to work with. I've been across the country, and have never felt more at home than at this condo. The view was outstanding, nothing more relaxing than sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee & a book to look out across the ocean and see dolphins swimming by. I've gone to the beach every year of my life, and have never felt more drawn to NOT leave! Thank you Mike for having us!

Mike, We enjoyed ourselves so much at the condo. My little girl LOVED the kiddie area with the frog and turtle. Really nice to be right at the elevator. EVERYTHING you could need right on site. We hit the game room one night and did some "bowling". My husband said it felt like a Carribean Resort. I loved the Lazy river. Very close beach access. Nice quiet end of town but close enough to do stuff. WILL DEFINITELY be returning!!

This condo is great. It is right across from the elevators (which you cannot hear) and on the second floor above the kiddie pool area. So when you come down to the ground level you are right there at the pool. It is beautiful and Mike is great to work with. Thanks Mike for letting us use your wonderful condo. One thing I loved about this condo was it being on the 2nd floor! No waiting on those elevators. Just walk down I level and you are by the pool. Also, this paritcular condo is right about the kiddy park part of the pool. Beautiful decor and Mike was the absolute best to work with! Thanks Mike, see ya next year man! The Randalls
