3 large Bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins), 2 baths; Sitting/Sun Room off Kitchen(seats 7); Kitchen table seats 4, Dining Room table seats 6; High speed Internet access (both wireless and connected with complimentary PC on site); HD 46" inch TV w/DVR and cable; Living Room contains 2 reclining leather sofas, 4 rocking chairs; Access to the Washer/Dryer; Deeded Beach rights; Beach Views from all bedrooms and Living Room with two large bay windows. Linens provided. Full kitchen, microwave, dishwater; Grill and patio set provided in the backyard.
This is not a typical cramped beach house. The two big bedrooms measure 11x15 and the master bedroom is 15x15. The house is well over 2,000 sq. ft., plus an additional 500 sq. ft. attached in-law apartment with full Living Room set, King bed, Dining area, bathroom, and a 35" inch TV available for an additional cost.
Walking access to everything in town, yet set in a quiet side street area. There are 6 restaurants within walking distance, several bars and nightclubs, coffee shops, village market, shops, etc. Plenty of parking off-street and on, quiet neighborhood with mostly owner occupied units. 2 marinas, boat rentals, boat tours and other activities all within walking distance. Dig fresh clams, fish for striped bass or crabs for dinner, relax on one of many local beaches, or swim to deserted islands. Five minutes to rte 6 and dozens of restaurants, shops, amusement parks, fresh lobster pounds, etc. Enjoy it all!
