Low density complex. No hi-rise. 24 buildings of 8 condos each. 3 story maximum. Hate riding up and down in an elevator. Walk right outside on to the lush lawn surrounding my condo or a 4 minute walk to the Ocean Club perched right on the Pacific. Bar and restaurant and open-air gym.
