It's a wonderful time to snuggle up near the gas fireplace after a drive through the sleeping vineyards, including a stop for a warm drink. (Our weather through Jan. and Feb can often be sunny and beautiful, or some rain, but either work well in this milder climate.)
The lodging is a wonderful, one bedroom, private Sebastopol cottage, great for visiting family and friends, or vacationers. Visitors can enjoy all the pleasures of this peaceful, separate space and still join local family/friends for plenty of fun and adventure! Perfect for vacationers, business stays, or anyone wanting a little privacy in beautiful, rich Sonoma County. A rare tucked away lodging find; private wine country style cottage, well below chain motel room prices! We take pride in offering a low rate as this is what we also love to discover when we travel. 2 minutes to Sebastopol, yet feels like country.
One bedroom (545 sq. ft.) house is next to our main, country house but is completely private, separate, bright, with trees and birds.
Ground level entrance (one step). Cheerful, with almost everything new inside. Gas stove, full kitchen, skylights, coffee maker, microwave, gas fireplace, queen bed, laminate floors, dishes, towels, small deck, T.V., tub and shower, and full laundry.
Ideal for 1-2 people.
NO SMOKING in cottage or anywhere on property (sorry, but this is firm). Quiet, private home atmosphere. Small pets may be possible.
No housekeeping, but plenty of clean sheets and towels supplied.
Easy access to Sonoma County towns, ocean, wineries. One hour to Napa Valley and marvelous San Francisco. So much to see and do every season of the year, or just stay at the cottage and relax.
