This beautiful, 2000 sq. ft., 2 story townhouse is your vacation "home away from home" and it's so perfectly located just 2 blocks from Wildwood Crest's spacious beaches and boardwalk! Here you'll have everything you could want in family comfort during your vacation get-away.
Nine-foot ceilings on the first floor offer a lovely, spacious, and entertaining flow. Light airy entrance foyer, powder room, beautifully furnished Great Room with dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, snack bar and gas fireplace. Very comfortable family room with gorgeous entertainment center, queen-sized sofabed, and sliding doors lead to the rear porch with outdoor shower, bbq area and patio to enjoy the end of a day at the beach with your family.
Striking open stairway with oval window leads to the spacious second floor hallway and relaxing alcove area continues the airy feeling of this home. A door goes to the second floor balcony where you can sun, read or enjoy a cool beverage. Master Bedroom is beautifully furnished with vaulted ceiling, recessed lighting, walk-in closet, queen-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, and large Master Bath with double shower enclosure and white ceramic tile flooring. The sliding glass door also goes to the balcony. It’s always nice
to enjoy the night air before retiring.
The design and floorplan of this home has been beautifully designed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are in the rear of home. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed; Bedroom 3 has two twin-sized beds. There is also an additional twin sized cot. Both bedrooms offer plenty of closet space, ceiling fans, and combination TV/VCR/DVD's. Being in this area of the home gives you the feeling of completely separate living from the Master Bedroom area.
The lovely hall bath is crisp, yet calming offering white ceramic tile, convenient tub/shower enclosure, and large vanity area. The laundry room completes this area of the home. So convenient!!!
We want our home to be a fun, relaxing and enjoyable home for your family! Every year we add more special décor items all to entice your visual pleasure, comfort and convenience. If you enjoy being here and you make vacation arrangements in the future we would love to have you back! All we ask is that you help take care of our home during your stay. Then it will be just as lovely for you the next time you visit!
You’ll need to bring your own bed and bath linens. There is also a large linen supply company in the area should you decide to contract with them for your linens. Some of our renters have used their service with very positive comments about their experience.
We do supply mattress pads, mattress covers, blankets, pillows, comforters, bath rugs, shower curtain liners and shower curtains.
EXCEPTIONS: NO PETS and NO SMOKING (we have prepared buckets with sand for you to use outside for your smoking convenience). Thank you!
