Why the Owner Chose Palm Beach Gardens
My wife and I have enjoyed coming down to PGA National for many years. We enjoy the many excellent choices in area restaurants. We also became very fond of the atmosphere, the golf, the resort and club facilities. We also enjoyed the proximity of this area to Palm Beach International Airport which is only 16 miles away. After looking for several years we finally found the perfect spot and purchased a Villa in the Resort Villas community of PGA National.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa - Townhome
With the Resort so close, we often walk over with the kids to spend some time at the pool, practice our putting or hitting golf balls on the Haig Range. We are frequent visitors at the Resort Pool and Spa and with all that the Resort has to offer (only 1/2 block away) we are at the Pool frequently for lunches and the Resort Lounge for an evening cocktail. The ability to walk over to play golf eliminates the need for tying up a car. The area has tremendous restaurants, beaches, a super zoo and inexpensive fishing charter services which make it lots of fun for everyone. We also like to take a 2 day trip to Disney which is convenient to get to with the Turnpike entrance ramp being less than 1/2 mile away.

Happily married father of two delightful girls, both of whom are my pride and joy. We are frequently visiting our place throughout the year as we so enjoy an opportunity to spend a 4 day weekend (or longer) relaxing and enjoying all the area has to offer.

The place is great, its like a sanctuary, very private and we consider it our home away from home. This home has all the bells and whistles (HD TV, wireless internet with highspeed cable internet, fully equiped kitchen, keyless entry, security system, high tread count linens, etc..). Very well maintained, updated, clean and close to everything.
