This beautiful year round home is nestled on 100 feet of lakefront property in Sister Lakes, Michigan. This home is perfect for a single family or two families to comfortably share and enjoy.
The family room opens up to the kitchen and they share a double sided gas fireplace for those cozy evenings. These two rooms offer full views of Lake Dewey. The main level offers all your living and sleeping needs.
The master bedroom with a king sized bed provides comfort and privacy.Two other bedrooms on the main level offer comfort for the rest of the family. Bedroom number two has two twin sized beds and bedroom three has two bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom bunks.
In addition, the finished basement offers additional living and sleeping accommodations with another fireplace to enjoy. The fourth bedroom is located in the finished basement and has 3 twin beds. In addition there are two futons, one on each level for additional guests.
The home offers several T.V.s, a DVD player and game console for the kids to enjoy when they are resting from all the fun on the beach and in the water. The wrap around deck is your entry to the 100 feet of private lakefront. This area provides private beach area for bags, volleyball and other fun filled games. The private dock is perfect for fishing, sitting in the sun and entry into the lake. The property is tree lined for those who prefer a more shaded area.
This lake is equipped for boats, jet skis, tubing, water skiing and more.
In addition to all the living space, there is a three seasons room off the kitchen that provides another spectacular view of the lake. This room is ideal for eating meals on the large picnic table and playing games and cards.

Visited here in July 2010, and am looking for a different option this year. It's been awhile, so things may have changed....but... While the upstairs of this property is nice, there was a strong pungent odor in the basement, musty and damp, that made the entire downstairs space unusable. Therefore, unless the "problem" has been fixed, I wouldn't count on using the downstairs space. The screen porch is nice with a great view of the lake --this was a great gathering spot at night for cards...and the beach was fine, although the water level must have been very high during our visit because the sand area was less than six feet deep and collected weeds. There is a gradual slope in the water which is great for the kids and the bottom is mostly sandy. The exterior of the house needed a good cleaning....lots of matted bugs were stuck all over the outside and dirty windows....We tried to spray the bugs off. The yard is large and nice for the kids to play--you have a sense of privacy which is hard to find on the sister lakes. Overall it worked it fine.
Owner response:We appreciate and take our renters needs seriously. We discovered there was a problem and hired a professional plumber to remedy the problem. there was a leak in one of the toilets and we ended up replacing all 4 toilets in the house to avoid any further problems. The smell immediately was resolved and have had no further issues.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
